I saw Nikki and Justin; Nikki did my manicure and Justin did my pedi. I cannot say enough good things about them both. It was easily the best pedicure of my life; Justin obviously knows about massage, my legs are super soft, my toes look great and I was completely relaxed. Nikki is the sweetest nail tech I have ever met, and I loved talking with her while she worked. She gave me exactly what I wanted and it was obvious she's got a lot of experience. Only giving this a 2 star because my pedicure came out fine. I came in to get my Nexgen removed and have my finger nails painted. They start you out with placing your fingers in a bowl of acetone which dried my fingers up like crazy. I got a simple white nail paint job and the nails came out in different shapes and a horrible paint job. Won't be back. read more

Not my first at Luxe Nail Salon, but it is my fist time at this location. I was accompanied by my mother. We walked in and waited maybe 5 minutes before someone asked us if we were wanting a mani or pedi, of course we went for a pedicure. We were immediately taken to the chairs and seated and the water was warm and and almost immediately after soaking for maybe 3 minutes they pulled my feet out and started to work on them, I honestly wish they would let my feet soak at least 8-10 minutes to let my cuticles, nails, and skin soften up a bit to make the process easier and less painful. I chose a light blue color for nails. They trimmed my nails to a good length that's good for walking around for hours (since i'm a nurse they have to be short or my toes get sore after a 12 hour shift). after they got my toes all trimmed and ready they massaged my legs and feet with lotion for a good 5 minutes, it felt so gooooood!! After the massage they started on my toes and only did one coat of paint with no clear undercoat prior :( but it still looked pretty good, just didn't seem like it would last long with me being on my feet as much as I am. Overall it was a good visit for the price. I can see myself coming back in the future. read more

The first picture was the reference, & the second picture is what I got. I had been here before last year, but I thought it was too pricy and went somewhere else for my ring ceremony nails. I ended up not liking the nails (they were a gray acrylic with gel set that kept getting imprints of anything I touched) so I came here because I know they have the nexgen thing, & that's what I had got done last year. I walked in & the man at the front asked what I wanted & I told him "I want something like this with the nexgen, but I have these on right now" & he said "okay" & pointed at the second seat on my right. I sat down & had like maybe 1 minute wait time. The lady was super nice, & I explained to her what I wanted & showed her the picture, too. She helped me choose the colors that matched closest, but I still chose a more pink base. She also explained that it wouldn't look exactly like the picture, which I understood. She didn't make much conversation (which I didn't mind), but she was still VERY nice. Not rough on my nails, very gentle, took her time. She continuously asked if I liked the progress, & I did. I've been here several times, and I have very mixed feelings. I've had excellent pedicures here, although every time there was some miscommunication about what I wanted that I had to correct. However, my manicures - gel - have been getting progressively worse, and I will not return for that! My fingers have been cut, my gel started peeling after 8 days(!), and they didn't have the color I wanted originally. Also, it's very hit or miss if they will bring you your drink. There are better places! I am bummed, because I live nearby, but will have to go somewhere else from now on. read more

Daniel gave me a beautiul NexGen manicure! I was a nail-biter for 10 years & finally grew them out long enough to decorate... I was too chicken for acrylics, but he gave me a GORGEOUS periwinkle/silver sparkle NexGen color. They are strong, beautifully-shaped, & I'm elated with his quality of work. I gotten gel acrylics and my full set was done in 20 minutes with little care or effort. Two of my nails came out crooked and some that bumps on them. The gentleman that did them also didn't dip them in gel enough so the color was very transparent. Definitely wasn't worth the $50 I spent. read more

Went to this salon for a 3rd time and it will unfortunately be my last. First time I went service was good but I noticed they didn't put the top coat evenly on my nail. Second time I went for Nexgen and my nail broke the next day. I went back later that week to get it fixed and decided to get a pedicure while I was there. The pedicure was nice and I felt they did a wonderful job. Unfortunately my Nexgen nails are all cracked and one broke off completely. I went and got my nails done on a Sunday and Angie did them. I LOVED them. By Friday, two had broken and one was cracked so I went to get them fixed. They suggested my nails were too long. I've had long nails for years now and even bartend with them, but I took the suggestion anyway and had them cut them down. Michelle redid my nails but was clearly RUSHING and did not buff the color all the way down so it looked splotchy. When I pointed this out to her, everyone just acted like they were confused as to why the colors did not match. Then they said I could just get a new set but they wanted ME to pay for it. Why would I pay for a new set for something that was not my fault??? I just paid $55 plus a tip on Sunday and it was only Friday. I came in to get three nails fixed and ended up having them take them all OFF brcause they looked a MESS. So disappointed. read more

First visit. It was a Saturday but I had an appointment and still waited 15 minutes. The chair they put me in had wax on the cup holder and on the armrest. I wanted a regular pedi no color. The tech was hurried. The massage was repetitive on my shin with her watching television all the while. I was not impressed. I paid and left and went around the corner for food. As I'm looking at my feet and checking out my once in a blue moon pedi I see that she failed to complete my big toe on one foot! She had clipped it but that was it. Still long and straight across while the other was short and rounded. I had to go back a get corrected and was not smooth on the end. All this in about 20 minutes. Won't return. read more

I love a lot about this salon. They do a great job and they don't take very long. I have not left disappointed with my nails. However, both times I have been in, I have been overcharged. I have had to clarify the price with them and ask why I was being charged so much at the end of each appointment. Once I went in after being told a shellac manicure would be $33, and was charged $38. The other I was charged for a hand massage that I did not request, did not ask for, and was not told would cost more. I really like this salon, and I think they do an incredible job, but definitely call before a clarify they price before you go in. read more
