When I checked in, I was told that online appointments aren't visible to them unless they're made at least three hours in advance. Fortunately, they were able to work me in. My nail tech did a great job with the manicure, but a simple greeting like a "hello" would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming.

Before that, it was my natural nail. Usually it takes months of consecutive acrylics on my nails for me to get nail fungus, it's only happened once to me before. Kevin didn't clean up the old acrylic like nail techs usually do before adding on the new acrylic, and there must have been moisture underneath that wasn't cleared as it should, and now I have nail fungus as well. Actually the worst nail experience I've ever had.
