They did a fantastic job with 2 very excited kids who had never had this done professionally before. They let them pick one color for each finger and made sure they were comfortable and talked to them. The service was absolutely wonderful, felt like we had been coming there forever! Their nails did look fantastic and they gave them this hard polish that was like bullet proof and has still held up on the girls, which is damn impressive. My wife loved it too. It's such a relaxing atmosphere compared to a generic nail salon, my wife loved it and said she can't wait to come back. So, for any guys looking for something this was a fantastic spot and glad I surprised the ladies in my life with this spot. The prices are reasonable (or so I am told). I was given a robe and slides to wear. I went in the changing room to change and went to the relaxation room to relax. One thing about it. This place was busy! The relaxation room was a bit full, which wasn't all that relaxing for me. While I waited, I had to fill out a form which goes over a few medical things and asks if there's any particular areas you'd like them to focus on or avoid. Next, I was called in for my massage. Overall, the massage itself was very relaxing and just what I needed. After it was done, I sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes and then I went to change and head out. I did NOT ask for this treatment. My foot started bleeding, and the tech stuck it right back in the DIRTY water!! I was leaving for a hiking trip for the weekened up at a lake, of which I obviously could not hike, nor go in the lake, with an open wound on my foot. When my foot was still bleeding four days later and I called for a refund, they told me I needed to come back in so they could "inspect my foot," and "we are only human." I am still bleeding, I cannot wear shoes, and I did not get my money back for a treatment I did NOT ask for. BEWARE and AVOID this place.
