As I tried to explain my situation, she told me I was arguing and didn't allow me the opportunity to speak. Additionally, during the treatment, she interrupted the session to attend to another customer and promote her products. I ended up waiting for about 45 minutes while she focused on sales instead of completing my treatment. This experience left me feeling unheard and unattended.

Not only was she unable to give me the results that are expected from injecting a nodule pimple with a cortisone shot (the whole point in paying for the shot is to see flattening within 48 hours), but even worse - her technique was so shockingly poor that it caused severe fat atrophy in the entire area on my face. This has left an EXTREMELY noticeable dent in my face for several months that I now had to visit two separate med spas for consultations and ultimately had to pay $900 for a syringe of filler to see a slight resolution in the damage she caused. When I initially reached out to Dr. Niu about my concern of this divot due to fat atrophy in April 2025, she was extremely dismissive and took no accountability for the negative side-effect of her work. She mentioned that she had already provided me a refund (which was false because she had only given me a PARTIAL refund) and did not offer to fix the problem that she had created. The partial refund she gave me did not even begin to cover the amount of money I had to spend to fix this. I have pictures of the damage she caused as well as my text messages with her that show how unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive she was throughout the experience. Obviously this was distressing and disheartening for me as a patient. She is not a trustworthy or skilled practitioner and a simple conversation with her will prove that she's not confident speaking to a lot of the procedures she offers. I regret going against my intuition and trusting her anyway. She deletes her bad reviews and the one or two bad reviews that I have seen on here, she has replied to in an immature and dismissive manner that would not be expected from a true professional doctor. I am reporting her to the New Jersey Medical Licensing Board because this is absolutely unacceptable and I don't want other women to go through what I did. If you have also experienced this and seen that your review was somehow removed by her, I urge you to do the same.

I brought my daughter in for an eyebrow wax with Daisy at the Metuchen Center and it was bad from the start. From the moment she opened the door, Daisy exhibited an extremely rude and unfriendly attitude. When she was waxing my daughter, she made no attempt at pleasant conversation and completely ignored my daughter when my daughter specified how she wanted her eyebrows done. It was a very uncomfortable situation, and when I complained directly to Daisy mid-wax, telling her we were going to leave, she was extremely unapologetic. When Daisy was waxing my daughter, her actual skill was poor, waxing in a very unprofessional and honestly bad way. My daughter is 15 and has been waxing for years, and only with Daisy did she feel pain, and Daisy blamed it on HER, asking her if she didn't go often! Nerve! Daisy did an awful job, with my daughter's eyebrows coming out uneven - but we were too nervous to ask Daisy to touch them up! Daisy treated my young daughter terribly and had a very bad attitude. At the end of the wax, Daisy didn't even clean my daughter up, leaving little droplets of blood on her face. We are very disappointed with our experience and feel that we were treated wrong!
