From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The space, the furniture, the greenery. The design consultant who greeted us and was such a pleasure to interact with, Johnny, gave us a tour of the space while he filled us in on the details of the store. The story is originally from Naples, and they recently expanded to open their first showroom on the east coast. So happy they ventured close to us! To my surprise I was informed that they focused on high-end outdoor furniture. In my life have I ever seen such beautiful patio furniture. He explained that they carried some of the best brands from Brown Jordan to Tuucci umbrellas to Vondom, and a few interior design companies that are now doing outdoor like Palechek and Bernhardt. Also, I happy to learn of a company called Pollywood that specialize in patio furniture made of 100% recycled milk jugs. Imagine yourself at home on your deck, backyard, poolside, or high rise balcony with beautiful outdoor furniture! What an awesome way to create a gorgeous outdoor space! What beautiful memories you can create with your friends and families with an awesome outdoor sanctuary! Shocked...got management involved, they agreed to return two. This was Feb. 2, and to date have not received my credit on my statement. (over 800.00 dollars). They are rude and condescending. When buying the original 5, each one comes with a battery and charging cord in a small plastic bag. I had two lanters with no kit bag attached and asked for them. One of the workers there looked up, rolled his eyes, and said in the snottiest voice ever, "Geez, how many screwdrivers do you need?" My daughter and I were shocked...what if I was buying gifts for people...am I supposed to gift with no charger or appropriate size screwdriver to take off the top? I was so uncomfortable, and just said that I would like to charge them at the same time, to use them adequately. Never mind that I had just spent 2700.00 on lanterns. So now we are fighting over a credit that they have not given, yet they have the returned lanterns. Stay away from this place. Such a joke. They do not care at all about the customer.

He did not design anything and he DID NOT have my permission to post any photos of my property. It's frustrating that contractors like this can take your money once the job is done but completely ignore you when issues arise. Their selection feels limited as is all kind of looks the same but again, I think it's because they stock what the restaurants around here want. I could go through the place and say- oh I've seen that at Oceanic, or Salt 7 has those chairs. So the furniture must stand up to the local elements well if all these businesses buy from them so that's a plus. They have their own factory but the lead times sounded long to me for a locally based company. The staff was knowledgable and knew their stuff but there wasn't anything there I wanted to buy for the price they were charging. The one chair I liked that I thought would be about $350 was in actuality $900 so I ended up leaving empty handed. Oh and if you drive, the parking is a hot mess. I finally parked at one of the highly priced meters on the north side just to stop driving around. Probably worth a stop in if you have a big order and don't mind paying top dollar for retail quality outdoor furniture.

The timeline: 1-Nov order placed at Your Patio Store, sale by Bruce Remz who I am sure stated orders running 8-12 weeks, hopefully near lower end of range 6-Jan (10 weeks post order) did email inquiry to Bruce, he replied by email that still a few weeks out, quote at time of sale is 10-14 weeks 2-Feb (13 weeks passed) visited store in person, Bruce said still in production and would email me in few days with update 6-Feb (one day short of 14 weeks) no update so did another email follow up to Bruce, he wrote back and said the factory (Decoscape) has not got back to him and advised to call their customer service direct 6-Feb (one day short of 14 weeks) called customer service and spoke to Spencer. He told me two more weeks to finish production, and he agreed to change to delivery/unpack at my home due to delays. 23-Feb (16 weeks passed) called customer service and spoke to Chris. He said still in production, could not see any note of change to delivery. He said he had to follow up and would call me back in the afternoon.but no call was received. 24-Feb called former CEO (not knowing no longer at Decoscape). He passed my query to Gerald Shvartsman (listed as current President of Decoscape) for resolution. 25-Feb No contact from Gerald, so I called him. He said order would be delivered week of 2-Mar and logistics team would call me morning of 26-Feb to schedule. 26-Feb No call from logistics so in afternoon, I sent text to Gerald to follow up 1-Mar (17 weeks passed) no follow up received, did email (not filed a complaint, did email) through BBB website Near end of workday today (2-Mar), I did online submission to Decoscape customer service, completing their form, will see if any good news...

Best of all, if you are looking for anything nautical, new or used, chances are good that you'll find it here and when you do find what you are looking for, it will only be about a third of the price you might find the same or similar item elsewhere. Then, of course if you shop with cash, most vendors will always give you a "for cash" discount forgetting anything having to do with sales tax.
