I don't know if they do that, but we did tell Alejandro, the owner, that we were having some projects done at the house before we could get the unit delivered and he graciously agreed to postpone the delivery and not charge us any storage fees until we got everything sorted out. He was extremely patient and understanding with us and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this business enough. Their products are modern and top-notch. I can't wait to get my Jacuzzi delivered and installed in a couple of days. He went through everything clearly and in detail. Once I was connected, a guy named Richard answered, and oh boy, he really knew his stuff! After speaking with him for a few minutes, I got so excited that I decided to visit the showroom and see what they were talking about. Wow! They have almost every type of sauna you can imagine. I purchased a two-person traditional sauna. I kind of regret not getting a bigger one, but I might get another one for my guest house because it is so worth it! The price was great, and they also offer financing, which I plan to use for a beautiful hot tub I saw in the back. That puppy was calling my name and winking at me!
