Keep in mind my dog was super hyperactive and I noticed in 2 seconds, meaning I would've noticed if it was there before. When I confronted them and showed them proof of a picture taken just half an hour before dropping him off.. they still remained as if it wasn't their fault. The actual groomer was unaware of the cut and was trying to make sense of the injury while the guy in the front seemed careless and not at fault when all we wanted was an explanation.
