Instead of reaching out through a phone call, voicemail, email, or certified mail, they left a SUMMONS NOTICE -- with no warning or clear communication beforehand. We paid the balance once we found out, but this is a terrible and disrespectful way to treat loyal patients. There was no transparency or effort to explain the charge in advance, and it left us blindsided. I strongly urge this office to rethink how they handle patient communication and billing issues.

Even as late as May 2021 they require that you arrive just minutes before appointments, you cannot have anyone with you during appointments and you must submit to having you tem taken, wear a mask constantly and answer a number of questions before entry into the building despite the fact that I am in a wheelchair and am FULLY vaccinated for the virus. Dr Patrick Connor, Chad and Rick (both RNs) were beyond kind, knowledgeable, and provided the best quality of care. They took us back immediately and had several staff with us at all times. They were able to get us in and out quickly so we could resume our family vacation. As an ER nurse myself, I was worried about how quickly we would get seen and able to get back on the road.
