Instead of reaching out through a phone call, voicemail, email, or certified mail, they left a SUMMONS NOTICE -- with no warning or clear communication beforehand. We paid the balance once we found out, but this is a terrible and disrespectful way to treat loyal patients. There was no transparency or effort to explain the charge in advance, and it left us blindsided. I strongly urge this office to rethink how they handle patient communication and billing issues.

So I ended up walking a total of 3 miles round-trip from my hotel as a walk-in to this dentist office and not only did they take me they fixed my tooth and did a wonderful job! Times between fittings took MONTHS because it was the lab and when the partial plate was delivered the teeth in the plate are radically whiter than my own teeth, the plate teeth are very noticeably shorter than my own teeth and these are some of my front teeth!!! Guess what! It was caused by the lab in Albuquerque!!!! And the doctor (Do) said I just needed a tooth cleaning to compensate for the color difference! Upon investigating with my insurance provider myself, I discovered the claim was never processed because the office failed to submit the required clinical visit notes and basic information regarding the dentist's license number. Despite my relocation out of state, I am still the one facilitating communication that the office should have handled years ago. Their lack of administrative follow-through and poor coordination with insurance providers is unacceptable. If you value transparent billing and professional insurance handling, you may want to look elsewhere.

Any anxiety I had about having a root canal was completely wasted anxiety -- there was not even a hint of pain during the entire procedure. Dr. Lu took the time to carefully explain in detail the entire procedure before he began and made certain that any concerns or questions I had were explained and answered. He even called me the next day after the procedure to make sure I was doing ok. It was the best medical experience I've ever had.
