He forever stole my right to privacy, my sense of safety in a medical facility, and my peace. A majority of my medical records are back-dated, filled with fiction, lies and fraud. Example: They outrageously created a fraudulent 2-page DOS medical record of a detailed physical that was alleged to have occurred at their facility prior to my surgery. NEVER HAPPENED! I don't even live in Illinois and was never there on that date and never had a physical there at any time. MEDICAL RECORDS ARE LEGAL DOCUMENTS and should be accurate, and not fraudulent. He never took any responsibility to ensure my informed consent was ethically provided. The most disorganized medical facility run by many unqualified, incompetent or complicit staff. In my opinion, Landon Pryor and Pryor Health are only concerned about $$$ profit as his surgical practice was acquired by a private equity firm since 2021. Profit over patient care. Exploiting a vulnerable woman with no regard for her personal safety or wellbeing. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! And WHY do they routinely delete ALL of their negative reviews (mine included) on their Pryor Health (Google) website? Up to now 666 positive reviews at this point and zero negative? And then permanently block me from posting any review going forward. It's time to stop the scam. Impossible to trust a medical/surgical facility if they can't be truthful about their reviews. It makes sense now why I was mailed a two page NDA document, prior to my surgery, after I had already paid close to $15,000, threatening to sue me if I post any negative reviews about him or the practice. Attached to the NDA was a new, even more stringent cancellation policy, outlining the escalating percentages of fees I would be charged up to my surgery date if I were to cancel. What a disgrace. Major red flags. I wish I had followed my gut, canceled and hired an attorney at that point. My life would be so much healthier and happier than it is now filled with PTSD and constant flashback nightmares. Find an ethical, trustworthy surgical center, this place isn't it.

I have gone there for quite some time because I've added more areas to be added for removing hair. However, as I've gone back more frequently, I have become disappointed with some aspects of their services. re: Clarity about their services. I wanted bikini line removal. Every tech seemed to quibble about how much would be "bikini line" removal would be. For example, I had about two hairs a little lower and some would quibble "oh, that's not within 2 inches". it's TWO HAIRS and I bought an entire package. Some told me "Our policy is 2 inches in for the bikini line" but excuse me for not using a ruler to measure my bikini line--and if they are really that picky about this, the first time you come in for a treatment, they shoudl take a ruler, measure 2 inches, and show you exactly how much hair they will remove. Also, at my last visit, they did something that turned me off. I got a bikini line hair removal touchup, and at my previous visits, they always gave me aloe vera to apply after the visit. This time they applied hyrocortisone cream, which is OK, but they gave me an ice pack to put on the area for a few minutes which was inside a folded paper towel. The ice pack was clearly not to take home but used by other clients. THat means they are giving you an ice pack covered with paper towel that has been near other people's crotches. No thanks. They were phenomenal, listened to what I my requests, and were super great at timeliness. They were absolutely booked for the wedding day. Come day-of, they were early, brought everything they needed to the wedding venue and were overall calm (which made us all calm!!). We had music going, they shared their own gossip to distract us when necessary. It was such a beautiful day and I can't imagine what we would have done without these two ladies!!
