I am not sure if people are aware that facials are so much more than washing a face and slapping cream on it. A facial targets all the places where I carry my stress. When I followed up within 30 days, hoping to resolve the situation kindly, I was told it was too late to request a refund. On the call, I was offered an apology for how the experience made me feel; there was no acknowledgment of the massage therapist's actions or any assurance that the issue would be addressed. It was clear they didn't truly understand the situation or have an ethical process for handling it, leaving me feeling embarrassed for spending $120 here. If you have specific care needs or any unique situations, I would think twice before booking here. This experience was dismissive and showed space for improvement in situations like mine.
