The front office staff was welcoming and I filled out the new paperwork and probably only waited 10 minutes or so before I was taken back to the exam operatory. The operatories are also new with a clean white interior design that give it both a modern look as well as the feel of sterility you want in a physician's office. Dr. Kim was very professional and answered my questions. For the pigmentation she recommended a laser procedure but acknowledged its shortcomings that the pigmentation would likely return due to sun exposure and my genetics. I appreciated her discussing the likelihood of recurrence considering the laser treatment was costly. They have a lot of skin products that were pushed towards the end of the appointment which I wasn't a fan of. Other than that, I felt the office did a good job of reviewing my options and everyone was pleasant and professional.
