Overall an awesome little spin studio!…read more A few positives: - The workouts are challenging, but they walk you through how to tailor it to your fitness level by modifying the resistance at the beginning of every class - The bikes and classes are both numerically based, which is awesome for making sure you stay on track and push yourself. What I mean by that is that both the RPMs and resistance are displayed as numbers on the bike. At the beginning of each song the instructor will tell you what RPM number to target, and what level of resistance you want to aim for - The instructors are awesome with people who are new to spin, new to the studio, or (like me) just really bad at setting up their bike. - Compared to a lot of other places, they're pretty affordable. If you follow them on social media they also run periodic sales where you can sometimes get a small pack of classes for $10-11 each The only real drawback is that sometimes the music is so loud it's hard to hear the instructor over it. That happens pretty rarely though!

There were clearly a lot of regulars in the room...if you're nervous about "keeping up," maybe don't opt for the front row. The weights session was a nice mix of exercises with 5-10 lb weights. Also, they have SPD shoes to borrow. Apparently no one else uses the little lockers in the lobby. Overall a great class - would definitely come back!

Classes are always fun, engaging, & challenging. Events & special promotions are commonplace, as well as collaborations with other local organizations & businesses. The first two instructors were phenomenal. They helped me adjust my bikes and had very clear instructions. It was really difficult to hear the third instructor and I don't think her instructions were very helpful, because it was hard to figure out when to change gears or pick up speed. Upon leaving the owner was talking to a disgruntled client and I over heard ( she was a nurse who's been working this whole time and no symptoms so she hasn't gotten tested , Denise was very apologetic but said she would not be able to take a class seeing as how she's been exposed to covid at work ). They refused to check us off as having showed up even though it was clearly obvious they were capable of doing so but just taking a hard stance behind it would go against 'policy' For first time client experiencing B/Spoke I really am disappointed how we were treated. I get that we can't enter because we are late, and of course the class payment would be forfeited as well, I am not expecting a refund but don't gouge customers for no show fees while they are standing your gym late for a class that is going on. Highly recommended that policy be changed online. Pretty bad customer experience.

Being on the cape this weekend to run Falmouth, I decided to pop into a HIIT Strength class at the Cape House with Ashley. And oh my goodness, it was amazing! Absolutely loved the programming and absolutely loved Ashley's energy! Such a great class. I never thought I could lot a mat HIIT class like I loved this one. Even the fellow classmates were great and high energy. If you're on the cape and looking for a stellar experience, run - don't walk - to Cape House.
