Overall an awesome little spin studio! A few positives: - The workouts are challenging, but they walk you through how to tailor it to your fitness level by modifying the resistance at the beginning of every class - The bikes and classes are both numerically based, which is awesome for making sure you stay on track and push yourself. What I mean by that is that both the RPMs and resistance are displayed as numbers on the bike. At the beginning of each song the instructor will tell you what RPM number to target, and what level of resistance you want to aim for - The instructors are awesome with people who are new to spin, new to the studio, or (like me) just really bad at setting up their bike. - Compared to a lot of other places, they're pretty affordable. If you follow them on social media they also run periodic sales where you can sometimes get a small pack of classes for $10-11 each The only real drawback is that sometimes the music is so loud it's hard to hear the instructor over it. This is the best spin studio I have ever been too. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The bikes are clean and well maintained. The workouts are intense but you can go at your own speed. The music is upbeat and motivating. The shakes amd smoothies are delicious and convenient. I've been left to resort to a Yelp review. Not that this will do any good. This studio shut down. Without any warning. No Emails, no text, no social media post about closing so use your classes. No word on this is the last day the studio will be open. The owners deactivated all social media. I have been a loyal customer for years. The fact that they couldn't even say this is the end of Cycology really bothers me. I had several classes left to use and if I had known they were closing I would have tried my best to get there to use my in expired classes. I wasn't given that option due to no notice. Very unprofessional Lauren and Brian, shame on you. I thought it was rude when you first left for GA and didn't tell your patrons. This shows your true character. Shame. read more

One of the best spin studios i have been to! The owners Brian and Lauren are so nice and accomodating! Attention to detail - thats what both of them do! The place is super clean and refreshing. The towels smell so good! The instructors help you out with everything. Also they have made sure there are classes for all kinds of people. Be it beginners like me or people who are pros, all kinds of people enjoy it. Also they have schedules which are super convenient. Every other weekend they will do theme rides, like the willy wonka theme ride which are super fun. Will definitely be coming here again with my friends. read more

I have nothing bad to say about Cycology! I have taken classes with each instructor and while they all have their unique styles, they are all awesome! I don't find cycology to be intimidating like some other studios. I really like to point out that this studio is hands down the cleanest exercise facility I have ever used. I like the spin classes and instructors.i don't go as often as I'd like due to the very loud music. It literally hurts my ears . I even wear ear plugs which help a little. I don't understand why they feel that is necessary. read more

Cycology is amazing! It's such a motivational spin studio! I love the positivity of the instructors combined with an awesome workout! The studio is so clean, the bikes are new, and the location is easy to get to. So far, I have really enjoyed each instructor I've had and feel really good about being told to go at my own pace. I LOVE this place! Not only is it convenient for me with the time schedules and distance; it's an amazing atmosphere while the classes are all done with awesome instructors and the owners are great! The pricing is about the same as everywhere else when it comes to each class, but there are usually good deals on their site or even Groupon. I'm addicted to spin because of Cycology Studio! read more
