I am not kidding when I say, I did a walk-through of my own kitchen when they left and it was sparkling. There was actual light rays reflecting from my granite counter-tops due to a thorough wipe-down. Frank also mentioned they used germicide cleaner for showers and bathroom sinks. I was very happy to hear that. Not only did they work fast, but they were very thorough. They completed all rooms in the estimated amount of time and added finishing touches as an added service with no extra charge. I do believe Frank and Maria want you to be satisfied so that you will be a returning customer. I will definitely reach out to Frank and Maria regularly and refer them to friends and relatives.

The stars are for the great customer service, however, the cleaning people except one was not good…read more The first time I hired Kleanguru was to clean out my rental and told them it was a move out cleaning and there was only two bathrooms to clean plus a small kitchen and mop floors (only entry and going to laundry room and the kitchen) a very small space. I told them the place was just painted so no dusting required and carpet was cleaned professionally and that didn't need vacuuming either. The job was supposed to take 3-4 hours but it needed an additional hour to hour and half for her to finish everything. I will say the cleaner was a nice lady and didn't speak English well but funny how they understood some things and not the others! After almost 5 1/2 hours the place was still not cleaned thoroughly as you would do a move out! I let the customer service know and they sent a very capable lady to finish the mopping and cleaning of the inside of the cabinets that the first cleaning lady was supposed to do! The last lady did a good job and left very fast. So, I decided to give Kleanguru another chance to come and clean my house and specifically asked for the lady that came last as she spoke English and was fast and through. I was told she's not available and they sent another lady that didn't speak English either and kept using her phone to translate which was absolutely fine. Again this job was supposed to be 4 hours as there are 2 1/2 bathroom and a kitchen and I wanted the lady to dust everywhere and mop as I have allergies and it's a must. My house is always tidy and clean (just need the deep clean every few months)! Even when we were touring the place she said "it's so clean"! I told her I expected her to clean the first floor for a few hours. And then maybe one to one and half hours upstairs and the basement just needed vacuuming. I assumed she understood as I translated it for her. She started in the kitchen and was talking on her phone a good while. She was there for almost an hour and it's a small kitchen so I excepted to be perfect. However, she didn't even clean under the toaster and other few small appliances as there was crumb there. She didn't even clean the sink well as I had to re-do it myself. She spend another hour or so and then went upstairs and there's a small full bath that she really didn't do anything to except push dirt around as they would say. She didn't even vacuum well. She came to me and said she has only 10 minutes left of the 4 hours and what I wanted to do and I told her to go to the basement and just vacuum that's all. She was there a few minutes and didn't even vacuum the area as you walk in since there was a cobweb I had left to see if she will clean it up. She didn't! She was on her phone constantly. She left and I paid the company directly and when asked I told them she didn't really clean well. I was told that 4 hours was not enough time and they needed another half to one hour more. I sent pictures of the items I mentioned above that wasn't cleaned and they didn't respond. Basically hopefully it'll be better next time with more hours added! Unfortunately, when you deal with such companies and they make money off of their crew, they always find a way to add more hours so they make more money. None of the cleaning people did a good job except the one.

However, since I was home sick, my husband checked their work once completed. He wasn't satisfied with a few things and thought they weren't as thorough as you could have been. The kitchen floor was still dirty in front of the kitchen door and all he did was take a wet paper towel and clean it up. They did mention the kitchen floor being a laminate was difficult it is to clean, but on the other hand, clean water without a chemical and a paper towel did the job. Same thing with the kitchen counter - there was sticky residue from an adhesive countertop paper the tenant had used and my husband had to clean it off the edges. Crystal Klear did get the top stickiness off but didn't it go around to the edge to remove it. My husband cleaned that as well. Also splattered paint that was on the baseboards and also the toilet from the painter weren't addressed, and my husband just picked off the drips with his fingernail to clean it away. One more thing, there was a label on the tank part of a toilet that wasn't removed and just left there. Although specifically not mentioned in my directives, I would think that they would take that off when they cleaned. When I received an email asking how they did, I replied with everything above and I never received a response in return. Very disappointing that the communication was excellent before the job, but when I pointed out things after they were done, dead silence. I don't think I would use them again. Although our investment properties in Oswego are on the older side, I still expect attention to detail with a cleaning service to get the place ready for a new tenant.

Elita specializes in detailed cleaning, not just running through the house in two hours with a swiffer - and that is just what they did. The "cleaning specialist", Vaughn was very polite. And when I saw him on his hands and knees scrubbing out a corner behind the radiator (a place where even I would not go), I was speechless. I left to go to work and when I returned, Vaughn was still there - he spent all day! And everything looked beautiful - the appliances looked like new, the bathroom sparkled and he even did the windows! At first I thought the cost was a little high. But when I saw that they are willing to put in the time (over 8 hours for my 2 bedroom, VERY DIRTY house), I realized it was well worth it. I even sent Vaughn home with a sizable tip - he sure earned it! And as far as customer service goes, Ariella was wonderful to talk to. She worked around my schedule and was very honest and helpful. I could not be happier. And I will be scheduling regular "maintenance cleanings" so poor Vaughn will not have to work so hard again - at least not at my house!

The service was always average or below average - many times leaving me feeling unsatisfied. A few months later I learned about Elita from a coworker. I decided to give it a try and almost a year later I'm hooked! Elita comes over every two to three weeks. The attention to detail is amazing. Every spot of dirty that I see they see and take care of it. They go above and beyond and exceed my expectations every time. One time in particular Elita helped me to deep clean my apartment so I wouldn't have to pay the owner. The owner was so impressed with how cleaned the place looked that I ended up getting my entire deposit back. I also have a dog and I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog with Elita when I'm out. My dog loves her too as she plays with him even takes him for walks if needed. I really didn't want to write this review because I'm scared to lose the best kept secret in town but Elita deserves the recognition for the hard work.
