I recently rented an RV from Luxurious RV Rentals. Unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. First the RV was delivered late at 9:30 pm causing us to lose a full day of travel. During the delay I tried repeatedly to get an ETA from Robert via text and phone. I eventually got a return text with an attempt at humor by Robert but was very unprofessional. Once on the road we experienced multiple issues. The slide in the dining error was not retracting and getting stuck. After having a fellow camper help me push it in we were not able to use the full space because we didn't want extend the slide out and not get it back in. This also occurred in the slide-out in the bedroom the last two nights of our trip. We were told the slide-outs were recently serviced and they worked perfectly. We also had no hot water. First they sent me a new ignitor and wanted me to replace the old one. I was then told that they would get somebody to fix the water heater but those promises never materialized. The whole point of this trip was to have a self contained unit to minimize my family to public bathrooms areas and Covid related issues since two my children have issues, one with Down Syndrome and one with Cardiac issues. Lastly, we had the bus back to our house on time. We were told that we would be refunded a day's worth of charges. Since this trip was nearly $10,000.00 I am expecting a hefty refund. As you could imagine Robert has gone silent and has not returned any of my followup texts or calls in the two weeks since we returned the bus. I haven't tried email since those were rarely returned during the booking process. Their "road" guy Eric was great and was the only one to ever respond and he should be commended. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the rest of the organization. Promises made but never delivered and now they are reneging on the promised refund. They sure made sure to hit me for the cleaning and entertainment fee of $600+ once they got the bus back. At this time I could not recommend anyone using this company. My wife and I have had our coach in long-term rental with Robert at Luxurious RV Rentals and he has always been fair and honest in his dealings with us. I had only 1 time in 2 years that payment did not come in on scheduled contract date and Lynda called us and payment was properly credited the next Monday. He has kept our scheduled maintenance up to date and we have had good rentals. This is a well run RV Rental company with personalized service. 5 star in our book!!!! read more

The RV was clean and in great shape and we had great instruction on how to use it and maximize our enjoyment on the trip. So I have to say that I am sure some people get good RV's that don't have any issues from this company. If you do, you had better hope that you get one that works, because their support once you have your RV is less than "Luxirious". My wife and I arrived on Saturday and were immediately greeted by a ceiling fan that sounded like the introduction to a techno song that never moves beyond the rhythmic metal on metal grinding. While it was funny at first, it certainly was not funny in the middle of the night. Also, the back steps leading into the RV were just broken. Not "stuck" or anything like that, just flat out broken. I don't see how they would even let allow an RV to be rented with something like this so broke, unless it was hit by a car on the way to being dropped off without the driver knowing. We were told our fridge would take about 8 hours to reach it's full "coldness", so we went out and bought $200 worth of groceries including milk, cheese and cold cuts. At the end of our first night, yes, we have only been there one day, it still was not cold. We figured it was just because we had been opening it to get our stuff out, but with it closed all night, it would be fine in the morning. No such luck. Also, we found out that morning that we had no hot water. We called the company who sent Drew up to "fix" our problems. My family and I had to leave Epcot halfway through the day to meet Drew since there is apparently no Master key for maintenance that might need to be done. Since tickets to the Disney park are cheap (extreme sarcasm), I guess this really was not something they considered to be a big deal. Drew brought us some dry ice, saying that he puts dry ice in his coolers and it will stay all week. Refrigerators and coolers are NOT the same thing. Without a working motor, fridges are little more that thick cabinets. We woke up the next morning, half the dry ice was gone, duh. Everything immediately surround it was frozen solid, but everything else was still room temp. For the hot water, Drew reset the fuse, and said it should be good. Well, that was wrong, so rather than continue to fight with it at this point, we all decided to just go use the comfort stations for the rest of our trip. When I asked him to fix the techno fan, he went out to his car to find some silicone spray, came back saying he had none. So Drew, the guy "Luxurious RV's" sent out to fix a bunch of things in our RV, showed up with dry ice and NOTHING else as far as tools or anything. I asked him if he could ask the Fort Wilderness maintenance department to borrow something to fix ANYTHING. His response was "Come on man, are you serious?" Great customer service there. When Drew left, I went two RV's down to a site where the RV was obviously owned by the occupant and asked him if he had what I needed to fix the fan. He did, and I fixed it myself in 5 minutes. Wait, have I mentioned that the coffee pot leaked all over the counter on Sunday morning because it was broken? Yeah. That happened too. So, we have a "Luxurious" RV with broken stairs, broken fridge, a broken hot water heater fuse, a broken fan, and a broken coffee pot. This was all within 24 hours. None of this was fixed by any means except for the techno fan which I fixed myself. Thursday, the septic backed up and started to overflow, even though we did exactly what we were told to do. The one thing we were NOT told to do was hold the lever down for 10-15 seconds after ever flush. This information would have been convenient to put on a laminated note, I don't know ANYWHERE!!! We again, asked Drew to come fix it and bring us some new towels. He informed us that the one set of towels was all we were suppose to get because we were suppose to use the laundry room (the laundry room, in the Comfort Station WITH HOT WATER) but he would make an except since ours were covered in sewage. Oh, and on Thursday, 2 days after the first blocks of Dry Ice melted, he brought us some more dry ice and a college dorm room fridge, which he hooked up outside. I just don't know. While we understand that there was a certain amount of "roughing it" that goes along with renting an RV versus staying in a resort, I think this goes beyond that. The only reason I am even writing this review is because the owner, (whose last name is "Lemon", which I find hilarious) refuses to take responsibility for ANY of this and has not even refunded us enough money to pay for the groceries we lost. Not to mention the time, and just the shear aggravation of the whole experience. He really should name the company after himself if this is the type of RV's he is going to rent. read more

Do not let this company use your rv. My review mirrors the other negative review on here. I released a just over one year old unit with 11000 miles to Luxurious RV rental and when my trip came up and it I picked it back up it was in need of various repairs. They had the unit for around 6 months and put almost 30000 more miles on it. Billing was never correct. I was never paid on time except for the first two rentals. And I only started getting paid after I complained that they said it would go out the first month they had it, but it still hadn't been rented two months after they picked it up. So they want me to believe they put 30000 miles in four months and only had a few rentals. Not to mention the multiple toll violation tickets that came in the mail. Listen up people if your reading this. I don't like having to spend my time writing this review. I would much rather be doing something else with my time. I have zero reason to lie or write anything false here. Mr. Robert L is going to try to respond to this review and throw some semi convincing BS at you about this or that. Im telling you right now. My unit was just over one years old with 11000 miles. I had all warranty items handled. All filters changed and all Maintnance performed. The filters and lube were done at 9000 miles. When I got the unit back all my filters were still on the bus with the date and miles still written on them. NO PM MAINTENANCE WAS DONE THE WHOLE TIME. He uses his contract wording that if you take the unit without 60 days notice it voids all payments due. So process that for a minute...... He takes your rv, it gets trashed and no maintenance performed, when you realize, you will want to take it from him, then you supposedly voided his contract and he owes you nothing. He owes me a minimum four weeks of rentals still and he has no intention on paying it. I also had to replace my washer and water pump after getting it back from him along with a comforter missing and nicks in the paint and tree scratched and a couple of tires. Tires worn unevenly and no alignment when it was noticed. So again no preventive Maintnance. They just make as much as they can with your RV before you take the unit from them. You have been warned folks. And with the tires the coach wasn't even safe to drive but he was still renting it. Think about these things if your considering renting from this company. read more

I rented a 42' camper from LRV for the period 6/1 - 6/9/19 at the Disney Fort Wilderness Campground. My experience with LRV was nothing short of a miserable one. I was skeptical about renting from them from the beginning. I found them very unprofessional during the initial contact and inquiry phase; difficult to contact, vague with rental and price info, etc., but I went with them due to the Disney endorsement. Started on day 1 with a roof leak on the bed that they did satisfactorily fix. Beds other than master bed were air mattresses. Camper condition overall was maybe a 4 on a 10 point scale. My guests were very uncomfortable. But the killer was the toilets! The drain hoses and fittings leaked. Had sewer odor around the camper after two days. The hoses were not properly supported and sloped to drain efficiently. After 3 days, the tanks and hoses were clogged and the toilets in the camper were unusable. Had to rely on the comfort station. Made no less than 10 phone calls to Lee with LRV over a period of 4 days. Got no response on many tries and the run around when I did talk to someone. LRV made no attempt to remedy the problem. I can't understand Disney letting this outfit on there property! read more

Made several attempts to rent a coach from this company. Initially I was told I would receive an email with the available coaches to rent as I was told that the website was not accurate, after waiting a few days and multiple calls I sent my wife to look at the RV's to pick the one she wanted to expedite the process. After that I was told I would receive a quote via email to book on a $3700 a week unit which never came. Left multiple messages none of which were returned, finally reached "Robert" expressed my frustration as my trip was only 1 week away and was told if I don't like it there are other companies around and I can free to call one of them and hung up. If I owned a unit and had it in their rental program I would be very concerned as it was made extremely difficult to rent and ultimately wasted a week of my time. I Contacted Allstar Coaches in Ft Lauderdale, everything was handled in under 2 hours and a unit is booked. I would recommend using them. read more
