I drove on freshly painted roads that were not properly blocked off and got white paint all over the passenger side of my car. In a panic I raced over to Cartique Carwash Roswell. Steve, the owner, listen to me and calmly explained how he would try to remove the paint. A little while later, he showed me my amazing paint free car along with immaculate clean interiors. I will say that my seats looked amazing, and the exterior detailing looked amazing as well. I was really happy with those parts of the service. However, today, while doing one of my regular washes at home, I lifted the driver-side floor mat and found crumbs underneath it. I have not eaten in my car since having it detailed because I specifically wanted to keep it clean after spending the money to have it professionally detailed. It hasn't even been a month since I paid for the detailing, so my question is: How was this missed? Was the area simply overlooked, or was the cleaning not done as thoroughly as it should have been? If you're going to charge $100 for a deep cleaning, I expect the job to be done thoroughly. Finding crumbs underneath the driver-side floor mat less than a month later is disappointing, especially because I have been careful about keeping my car clean since I had it detailed. Overall, there were definitely things I was very happy with, especially the seats and exterior. However, for $100, I highly suggest paying closer attention to the small details and making sure the entire vehicle is properly cleaned before calling the job finished.

I came to this car wash on a Wednesday at around 12:15, PM. I was the only car in line, except for a sedan that pulled in after me. 1st things first, the attendant was quick to offer assistance and the license plate reader reacted quickly and without issue. I mention this, as some have said the reader was lackluster. I had no issues with my visit. The attendant scrubbed the front of my car with a brush, as well as the windshield, before I entered "the Machine". The wash itself was quick and painless and I made the sharp right turn into the self service area (not impossible in a Suburban, so I am not sure what all the complaints are for there). I get to my selected stall and hop out of the car and start inspecting the results. First thing I notice are large swaths of dirt intermediately missed by the brushes. The door panels looked like some sort of abstract art painting. The front grill was still full of bugs and and the running boards did not look like they were touched at all. That being said, I knew my car was filthy, so I moved onto the supplies available to clean. The clean towels in my bay were empty and there was only one on the adjourning bays. The cleaning sprays were a nice touch and worked well but the vacuum had a nozzle that was haphazardly trying to hang on with duct tape. Spoiler Alert, it did not work. The nozzle kept popping off which caused some frustration, but not enough for me to take my day out on it or anything. I finish my quick, lunch break, interior cleaning and begin looking for the air fresheners that they advertise on their site, except there are none to found. Don't get me wrong, I did not want my car to smell like 'Sex Panther' (IYKYK), but a nice 'New Car Scent' would have been appreciated, especially since it is advertised. All in all, I plan to keep my membership at least for a month to see if it improves. I am going to go back tomorrow to see if it helps clean off the door panels with less dirt on them, and will update my review accordingly. Too early to determine if this is a good value, but I certainly hope it turns out to be.
