But specifically, the gates to get in are frequently not reading the tags properly and somebody has to come out and put it in for you manually. The car wash itself seems like it doesn't get things as clean as it used to (and I'm there usually once or twice a week - so it's not like my cars or trucks are ever super dirty). The tire shine doesn't shine the tires like they used to even though it's part of the package. Most annoyingly, the spray bottles went from being great to the cheapest I think they make - and it's typically filled with what looks to be water with a splash of Cleaner. Couple that with the fact that their towels are always completely soaking wet, or they're out of towels. Last but at least at least two or three of the vacuums have almost no suction. So it seems like there are a lot of little things that could be improved or easily fixed, that is just not being addressed and it's making the overall experience deteriorate each time. Having said all that, the employees that worked there always seem very nice and pleasant. It's just the ownership I think is not doing much to maintain the equipment and keep things like spray bottles, vacuums, and towels up to par.

They have a nice waiting area and also outdoor seating. They offer complimentary refreshments. At the time that included snacks and not just drinks. The second time I went in the beginning of 2024, they have since rebranded and are now called Trail Hand Wash. They still offer complimentary refreshments but now it's just drinks. Their cheapest basic wash for inside and outside is $44.99. They have also offer memberships at varying prices.

They said exterior wash was $35 + $10 up charge for size of SUV and for the extra work to remove the bugs. I agreed. After a fast ten minutes they said the car was ready. It was not! I inspected and showed them all the bugs still on grill and front bumper. They said they would take care of it. Another 7 minutes they signal it was ready. I inspected and still saw plenty of bugs still there. This time I stood there and pointed out each and every bug and they scrubbed them off. Finally they got about 98% of the bugs off. I went inside to,pay and they had the nerve to ask me to tip them. I didn't tip. When I went to get in the car to leave, I noticed they failed to remove the bugs off the outside windshield glass. At this,point I decided I would clean the glass myself when I got home. If you are going to charge me $45 to wash the exterior of my vehicle, and you are told upfront there are lots of bugs on front bumper and grill, I expect you to get the car clean.
