Plus in their front office they have this neat little box that has a heat lamp on the inside and on the walls of the box is different kinds of tint. On my 2022 Tesla Model S (see pictures), I got the 3M Crystalline tint, 40 VLT for the back, and 70 VLT for the front sides and roof. While it was there, I also had their affiliate Finesse Auto Detailing apply the System X Max Nano Ceramic coating. The car looks amazing. It's slick and glossy, and I really love the contrast between the darkened windows and the white paint. It goes well with the black trim. Kaycee was the one who helped me at Luxury Image, and Christian was the one who helped me at Finesse Auto Detailing. They were both very polite, professional, and accommodating. My work schedule can make it difficult for me to get these types of things done, but they were both very helpful in working around that. Luie and his team went "above and beyond". I had my car wrapped and windshield protected. The windshield job did not come out well and with NO hesitation, he redid it. After about a month, I believe the side of my car was hit with a shopping cart and I showed it to Luie (via text) to see if he had any ideas as to what I can do to make the "ripped" wrap better. I was only seeking advice. It was a small tear in the wrap which did its job and protected the paint. His company did nothing wrong. His answer - "Bring it in and let me re-do that area". Unbelievable job by Louie and the team. Had my new Model Y tinted and front end PPF'd. The only constructive criticism I have is they didn't quite clean up all the water spots on the interior trim. It was really minor, and wiped off easily, but some people might be upset about that. I had a great experience working with Luie and Luxury Image! I was looking for a company to tint my Mercedes C250 and when I had requested a quote from another tint company, I accidentally requested quotes from several other companies at the same time and Luie was the first person to contact me within 20 minutes of my request. I work in Sorrento Valley and Luie came to my workplace for a morning appointment. He arrived with his work van and set up in our parking lot with a portable pop up tent to work on my car. I honestly was anticipating a good several hours of work on my car but he was done just a little over an hour!
