I was on business in Hollywood FL and my car's A/C suddenly wasn't cooling effectively. Searching on Yelp for a Saturday repair, I discovered Valhalla Garage. I spoke to Joel the Owner who suggested bringing the car in right away. The shop was very clean with an Air Conditioned waiting area. He ran the diagnostics and fortunately the vehicle only required an A/C service, which was promptly done for a reasonable price. They are a full service garage with a great staff (shout out to David!). Decided to try this garage because it was close to my house, I needed my vehicle towed. From the 1st phone call with Serge and he fixing the a/c went really well. As a woman going alone to the garage I was comfortable. Serge was professional and did a great job servicing an older SUV. I've had a great experience, they have a lot of promotions and their mechanic Saul speakes both english and spanish, comunicated my concerns perfectly to the manager in order to get the best job possible and get my car running asap. Also, they offer a free initial check up, which is always great. Took my car to the dealer and was lied to so I thought to check out Valhalla SO glad I did! They were able to repair my car at a fraction of the price and got it done quickly! Only down side I was there early and they turn the a/C off so they don't waste money and boy was the waiting room hot! But I love a company that doesn't pump up costs to scalp their customers. Serge is amazing, communication is also impeccable. This shop goes above & beyond to assist you within your budget, and actually listens to your concerns.
