Been here twice now. Pedicure is always good no complaints there both times I've been though for my fingernails. I do gel X and it never fails that the gel color keeps coming out super bumpy and lumpy. I don't know if other people have this issue. The workers were really friendly and nice. I came to get a pedicure and opted for the relax option which was pretty pricey. It included a 10 min massage, hot stones, and callus remover. However, I didn't think that the lady who was working on me did a very good job. She barely shaped my nails, didn't spend a lot of time removing my cuticles - which considering it's been almost a year since my last pedicure is surprising - and did a not great massage. All she did was rub lotion into my legs for not even 10 mins. Her alarm stopped so she just took the liberty of stoping whenever she felt like it. This won't be my go to nail place. read more

Crazy expensive! They cut my toe during the gel pedicure. They were so rude and said they couldn't believe I did not have cash for a tip. I had my debit card. Total price for gel manicure and pedicure was $128 with tips. This place is not worth it and their 15 minutes lecture on how they need their cash tips asap because they need money and don't want to pay taxes and or bank fees.... was RIDICULOUS. We customers are spending $128 on your less than basic services and you want to complain about cash tips. How about do a better job and people will come back. Nope never again. read more

(bonus points for the free drinks' ) They've always made sure that the inspo I want comes to life! kim is always super patient and detail oriented, always pointing out things I didn't notice in the design and always making sure that I like the color, placement, etc. my most favorite ones have been the ombre nails, which were really hard to do but they've always been my favorite set and are literally my roman empire. they're also the only nail salon where I've never had my cuticles bleed badly or gotten rings of fire, theyre always very light handed and gentle when doing nail prep. I really wanted to like this place so i am so sad to leave this review. I came here the other day for a gel manicure and pedicure. To be fair, I came on a Friday after work around 5:30, and it was pretty busy. I waited about 20 mins then was sat for my pedicure, that went fine. However, when I got my manicure, my nail tech was very nice but when I got the bill to check out I was so shocked by the price I was paying. Before we started, I told her i wanted gel with chrome. She told me that would cost $38, plus $15 for the chrome, and it cost $10 to remove the gel but she'd only charge me $5 to remove. I anticipated these charges and was totally fine with this. So i expected my total for my gel manicure to come out to $58. While she was doin my nails I noticed she started to put gel builder. She didn't ask me if I wanted it at all, and she mentioned she put it on the help make my nails stronger and I thought she was just being nice. When I go to checkout, SHE CHARGED ME FOR IT AND MY GEL MANICURE CAME OUT $80. This was a simple gel manicure, with own nails I didn't even get tips/extensions and she did not even ask me if i wanted builder gel or mention at all the extra charge for it. It was so deceptive and I did not appreciate that at all. Apart from that, I spent 3 hours at the salon because they did my manicure and pedicure separately. The AC also was not on so the temperature was very uncomfortable. Overall it was an unpleasant experience and I will not be coming back. read more

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!! Worst manicure I've ever had. I'm actually very shocked to see the high reviews and positive comments?? The person doing my acrylic nails put them on "crooked" (no exaggeration). When I questioned her and brought attention to the issue she didnt want to take them off and apply correctly. Instead she started trying to file them down making them look worse. Unbelievable!! Also, when I went to pay I questioned the cost and only then was I made aware of all the extra charges added on.
