I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in here because other places were closed. They took me in but the service was poor. I would give ZERO stars if I could honestly. They have staff working that is not trained to do their job. I asked for plain dip. The nail tech broke one of my nails. I asked for almond and the shape of my nails was crooked oval. I had to sit there and file my own nails. Took 1 hr and 45 minutes. It's not the waste of money that hurts but a waste of my saturday afternoon. I will be posting screenshots of the rest of my review because I've already typed this out and now I'm finding out it's too long to post. - To sum it up went in for a fill got charged for a full set paint is already coming off of nails after one day. Giving this place one star. I will start out by saying the lady that did my pedicure gave me the best feeling pedicure I've ever had in my life. A lot of my issues with this place boil down to a language barrier... I am new to getting my nails done and I'm currently looking for a new nail salon. I have severe social anxiety. Maybe someone with more confidence would be better in this scenario. I am using voice text for this review so apologies in advance. I went in with a picture from their website. The nail set I picked out had stickers on them, so I wasn't sure if they'd be able to do them again. Figuring someone had brought in their own stickers and luxury nails had decided to just post the finished artwork... I was ready with a couple backup pictures from their site but was told they could do the sticker set I picked out. For reference it was a set of Gucci nails I had picked out (from their site) I'm going to start my story out from the moment I walked in the door... Keep in mind that I had my appointment made at least a week in advance. A friend and I had planned to have our appointments together so when I walked in the door I was asking if my friend was there yet... Whoever greeted me, their English was not well enough to understand what I was saying... Whatever, moved on.. I later found out my friend was seated in the manicure station even though we essentially wanted the same things done.. The employee asked what I wanted done, so I told them I needed a fill (already had acrylic on my nails) with design. Also needed a basic pedicure and eyebrows done. I didn't get a chance to tell them what colors I wanted or show them the picture (Gucci) I picked out until I was already sitting in the pedicure station. At this point I showed the pedicure lady the picture of the Gucci set I had picked. She told me they can do those and asked what color I wanted on my toes. I told her red to match the Gucci nails. So she does this amazing pedicure then paints my toes red and moves me on to the manicure station. When I get over there I am first told by the manicure lady that she can do the Gucci nails. She then proceeds to tell me to pick a picture from her phone out of nail sets that she had photos of. I'm pretty confused at this point so I'm trying to ask her if they're able to do the Gucci nails... After me asking about five different ways she finally told me they do not have the stickers. So I pick a nail set from her phone and show her a different photo that I had taken from their website (on my phone) and asked if she could combine the two nail sets. She said that was no problem. The photo I picked from her phone had pretty flowers on it so I asked her to add those to my nails... The set that I showed her from my phone had a lot of gemstones on it. She asked what main color I would like on my nails and I tell her red to match my toes. Honestly I wouldn't of gotten red toes had I known they couldn't do the Gucci set.. but it was too late, my toes were already painted so I was just trying to find something to work from then on. So she starts work on my nails. She tells me my nails underneath the acrylic set were long enough to do the set we were about to start on. So she asked if she could remove my nails. I told her that was fine. She then proceeds to pry my nails off using a fake nail. As far as I know places are supposed to soak your acrylic off... I am shocked at this point but it honestly wasn't "too" painful so I let her continue. She also filed all the pieces she couldn't get off, using a Dremel. She then starts to cut my nails down... I was confused at this point but once again I'm still a little shocked so I just waited to see what she was going to do. After that she glues new nails on. I thought maybe she just decided she couldn't work with my old set so she wanted to start over. ... Fine with me as long as I don't get charged for a new set when I only went in for a fill. As she's doing my nails i'm realizing the color scheme we've chose looks a lot like Christmas in the summer. Red and white with the flower from the design from her phone... I was trying to communicate with her that I wanted another color on there so it didn't look so much like Christmas... She was not understanding what I was saying. At one point she told me they didn't have purple for designs (The color she made the flower) which I later found out they did. Manager told me it was lack of communication but this lady straight up told me they couldn't do purple on my nails... read more

the person who removed my old acrylic set was very nice but she also did a new set and the tips aren't on straight which seems to be the easiest part :/ unfortunately my nails were pretty damaged already so i don't want to get them removed and redone again. overall the service was nice and fast and everything looked very clean. just not happy with the service. the price was reasonable however. read more

This salon has become a new go-to salon for those who are both adventurous and financially-savvy when it comes to their nails! I've had better experiences with the longevity of my nails elsewhere (especially gel polish manicures), but this place always gets me quickly in and let's me play around with a range of colors and designs that other nail salons have been unable to provide due to a lack of clarity and/or a lack of experience. I'm sure there are some people who won't understand how offensive and ignorant that is, but as a natural haired African American woman, I was very shocked and offended. Their work is amazing and beautiful! The spa was very clean and I was waited on fairly quickly for not having an appointment. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the pricing took me back. I went in for a full set thinking I'd spend around $40, they asked about doing an ombré look (which I hadn't done before) and a little design. I knew the design would be extra but didn't think much about the ombré. When I checked out my total was $71 before tip. Holy cow! My daughter and I frequent this spot for regular pedicures and my daughter's manicures. The staff is welcoming and usually offers us a beverage. I get the firewalker pedicure which always feels amazing. The price is a bit high but worth it. The quality of the service makes up for the price! I usually walk in without an appointment and they can accommodate because they have so many pedicure stations! If you have little girls they have the cutest pedicure chairs just their size! I have been going here for at least 6 months and I have watched the customer service decline drastically. Sunday I waited 20 minutes for a pedicure and only when I was about to leave is when someone was available. The young lady who did my nails had to be new. I had to tell her I needed to soak off the blue dipping powder prior to her putting on the ombré. They charged me $5 for that which had never happened, that should be a standard part of the service. My toes hurt from the young man trying to trim the cuticles. My nails look bulky and I paid $105. Never returning. read more

I've been here before and decided to give them a chance again. They messed my nails up again. I won't be going back. They seem to care more about the quantity of people they can get in and out of the door than the quality of work. I had a fill in with 2 nails to be replaced and it took about 20 minutes with polish and everything. The technician was an older male. He never asked if I wanted my current nails shortened and got frustrated when I asked him to please shorten them. I also explained that I would please like him to curve the edges of my nails on the coffin shape so that they wouldn't poke me. He did one mail and I said that was good so I assumed he was doing the rest the same and then he didn't. When I pointed out again that I'd like him to please curve the edges just slightly so they're not so pointy he just looked at me and huffed and didn't do it. I also like my nails to be the same length on each finger on opposite hands (I.e. both pointer fingers are the same length). I feel like that's pretty common though. He didn't check to see if they were the same so I did and pointed out that my right thumb is very much shorter than my left. It also is way shorter and wider than any of my other nails so it looks like it belongs to a different persons set/hand. I have acrylic left on my fingers after. My polish (gel) does not cover all of my nails to the edges and I have polish on my skin. I'm beyond upset and I won't be coming here again. I would also advise everyone else to avoid the place. I will now have to be going to another place to get them fixed and pay someone to fix their mistakes after I paid $41 for my nails to be done. read more

Oh my gosh! This place is unbelievable! 34 pedicure chairs, lots of nail techs available for walk-ins. I am so impressed. It feels like a spa in Las Vegas. The decorations are luxurious and I counted 5 chandeliers. I can't wait to co Update. Now,4 months later, I would give this place 2 stars. They are rude. The tech we had today was in a hurry but there weren't other people waiting. It wasn't crowded. So I went today to get my nails removed and have gel polish put on instead of acrylic. I showed them that one of nails had come lose. Instead of removing like I asked they just fixed the broken nail. I continue to give this place chance after chance thinking it's hard to mess up a simple pedicure but I'm disappointed w my experience yesterday. The woman who was doing my toes was so rough & kept hurting my skin around my toe nails. I would say "ow" or she would see my foot flinch & just look up at me and say "oops" or "sorry" just to do it again. I asked her if she could make the tub water warmer and she didn't understand me- neither did the 3 other employees she called over. The water part isn't a huge deal but imagine if I was a customer asking for something way more complex - not really sure how that would've been communicated. I'm more focused on the pain I went through the entire duration of the pedicure. Not luxurious unless you like nail fungus! I've been going here for 2 years and always get gel manicures. I took off my nail polish after having my last manicure and have nail fungus on one of my nails. I went back in to show them and they told me it was my fault. I'm not sure how fungus growing under my gel polish is my fault. They didn't offer to refund me or anything. They've lost me as a customer at their overpriced nail salon. Never again! read more

I was excited to go experience Luxury nails, from the posh pictures of the establishment, the promised of 25% off of services for the grand opening and offering of soft drinks and water, I thought it would have been an amazing experience...... I went in to get a pedicure and fill in, mind you there were probably 7 or 8 professionals on staff and one other patron in the building. I wasn't asked if I wanted anything to drink, the guy doing my feet didn't wear a mask, and when I asked about 25% grand opening discount he laughed at me and charged me 95 bucks for a mediocre experience. Very beautiful inside. Lots of chairs to accommodate traffic. The pedicure was great other than feeling like I would get bruises the next day for the "massage". Same goes for my mani, felt like I would have bruised arms and legs afterwards. Guy kept asking if I wanted water which was nice. My mani could have used another coat or two which was odd because he did it fleet slow and particular. My right big toe hurts from the pedi and I got it two days ago. May or may not come back. Only reason I did not have a heart attack was due to the 25% off. Except, I had gotten a mani and pedi for $51 (which again isn't bad if that's what I would pay on the regular but it was 25% off). My fiend had gotten a pedi and fill for acrylics and it was the same price. I think a mani and pedi should be $5-$10 less than a pedi and fill in acrylics. But I guess I'll just go back to my nail guru! read more

My usual place is closed still due to the virus. I tried the out as they seemed reasonable priced and were nice on the phone. My daughter and I went for the following services full set with gel and I had wanted a pedi and gel mani. I will say the place is gorgeous and everyone was super nice. Pedi has like 11 choices and was a little overwhelming and overpriced. Plus if you wanted gel toes it was $15 more on top of the already high price. Gel mani was also overpriced. A full set gel I was told was 35 my daughter wanted multiple colors and they added $10 more. I feel like they nickel and dime you and add all these extra fees on. Plus now they charge you a fee for the virus stuff $1 per service. My gel mani was not done well and I ended up going back the next day to get it fixed. Overall they are nice but be prepared to spend way more than you planned. Their pedi services were amazing but make sure you know what you are getting. Would I go back? Yes, but only for a pedi every now and then. Too expensive. read more

I had a friend with me who was allergic to certain things and they couldn't understand that either. They didn't bother to tell me that gel polish add-on for my toes was $15 EXTRA when the menu showed a $53 pedicure and when I went to check out I was shocked to see a $68 total before tip. She was in a hurry, didn't even spend time on my massage. The gel lamp was literally burning my skin because she was leaving it on for so long. Just all the way around horrible!!!! Wish i didn't have to give this review but it's about that time. I use to love going here and getting my regular fill in with pretty designs for every occasion by the nail tech Nicki(spell check). But recently i went in for my fill in and she wasn't there so i left. Came back a couple days later and she still wasn't there and i was told she's not there any more. So i said f it and let a man do my fill in and just a basic color. I wasn't even going to let anyone else attempt to do my nails the way i REALLY wanted them. The man that did them was rough and rushing, didn't even ask if i wanted my length down a little bit( btw NO ONE could speak ANY english that day, they didn't understand anything i was saying. Anyways, after getting my nails done i go home, the VERY NEXT day the polish starts peeling from one nail, later another nail, later another nail. The day after that both pinky nails were literally pulling MY own nails off of my fingers and the whole nail was lifting. The weekend came so i was busy, Monday rolls around and i go back up there to tell them so they can fix it... still.... no one speaks english so they don't understand even with me pointing to my fingers! Side note: when i walked in the whole place smelled like FEET! i've never experienced the salon to smell like that before, i was gagging under my mask. so i just sign in and sit down. More people start to walk in the door like they were starting to get more busy and i'm sitting there thinking to myself you know what? f this . i'm not giving them anymore of my money. I'm very disappointed because i loved the way Nicki did my nails every 2 weeks faithfully. My mother and I went here to celebrate her birthday. While the pedicures were great the horror began with the two full sets we had requested. They did a rushed job and filed both or nails down so low our nail beds and cuticles were bleeding. Then I requested a design and verified the tech could do it and it was nothing like I wanted not even close to an inspired design even. I have acrylic so caked under my nail it hurts and my index finger is swollen and purple from pain. My mothers nails look absolutely atrocious and this is all after I had requested they attempt to fix them or give me a refund. As they attempted for the second time to do our nails now at 9pm when I arrived at 6:40, their baby was crying and kids music was turned up so loud and they rushed to "fix" the nails. I called this morning to speak to manager/owner and was talked over the entire time and yelled at loudly. I've reported them to the BBB and Attorney general. They said no refund and they would discount a new set. I highly suggest no one to go there ever! read more

I went here with a friend and had high hopes of a great pedicure considering how high their prices are. I paid $40 for a pedicure that maybe lasted 15 minutes and when he was done, my nail polish was smeared and the dead skin was barely removed on both of my feet. When I kindly asked if the problems could be addressed, he reluctantly agreed but quickly jerked my toe spacers out and harshly pulled my feet and legs into position to scrub and then repaint. It was the most awkward and terrible pedicure I have ever had. And he was the most rude technician I have ever had the misfortune to encounter!! Will NEVER go back. These people filed my nails down so low every single one of my fingers was bleeding. they were sore & burning & they continued to paint them with gel polish where they burned in excruciating pain in the gel drier. I would absolutely NEVER go here again. when asked for a refund they told me absolutely not and that they don't offer a refund policy. Then when i started crying, the owner cussed me out, told me i was making a scene & threw me out of the establishment. I will be taking further action on this. DO. NOT. GO.
