I've gone here for a max of 3 times and have had my cuticles cut to where they made me bleed. I do not recommend this nail salon unless you are sure of which nail tech you will be getting. My french tip did not look like the inspo picture. I had polish all over my fingers and under my nails. Some of the employees here are sweet and considerate, but there are also some that do not care whatsoever. My two bloody cuticles are still throbbing as I am typing this. Please read!!! Worst experience ever. I want to start by saying, I got to the nail salon at 6:30pm and they close at 8pm. I called to confirm if they had availability for a fill/pedicure, in which they confirmed they did. Fast forward... As I was getting my pedicure done, before the nail tech started drilling, I asked if she could be soft with the drill because my nail bed was thinning. After a little drilling, I asked if she could just do a soak off on my toes because it was hurting. She initially said, "No we don't do soak offs." Then after a little more drilling she decided to do a soak off because I kept pulling away because my toes started to hurt. I got the deluxe pedicure, my pedicure was rushed, no massage, and the hot towels were barely even warm. Fast forward... She tried to convince me to get colored acrylic powder, in which I respectfully declined. As I was getting my nails done she kept flinging my hand. After applying the acrylic, she made me pay. I'm not use to paying for a service before, unless it is fast food. She made up some ridiculous excuse explaining why, which was very brief. I didn't mind...but don't lie to me. She asked me to sign the receipt, but I intentionally waited to see if her attitude would get better, because I had planned on tipping her and I always tip my nail techs. After buffing my nails, she insisted again that I sign the receipt, in which I did. Fast forward... Two of my nails were messed up (one had bubbles in the gel and the other I scraped while putting my hand under the light. I asked if she can fix them and she said "I would have to take the polish off." I let her know she can do whatever she needs to do to fix it. I already paid and I wasn't going to leave there not satisfied with my service. She got annoyed and said, "Girl I got to go home." It was about 8:15pm when she said this. I didn't respond to that comment. When she made this comment, all of her coworkers were already gone. I'm sure if they were there she wouldn't have used those poor choice of words. She ended up fixing my nails, thankfully. I did not tip. This was the most unprofessional and poor quality service I've ever experienced at a nail salon. I was respectful the entire time. I did not catch her name, but I assure you I will not be going here again, or referring anyone to this place. read more

This is now my go to nail spot when I am in town. First off they still took me in at 7:30 when they closed at 8. Salon was still packed at 8:35 when I was finished. I got a gel polish and fill in and my nail tech Alex was the bomb. Ladies search no further and go here!!!! Update: better if you call ahead and make an appointment. I was in the area for the weekend and I heard good things about this salon so I decided to go and get an over lay in my nails. I was outraged by the price $60 for an overlay on my real nails you have gots to be kidding. He said it was normally 65 and he gave me a $5 dollar discount. Honestly no overlay is $60 dollars. I just got a acrylic fill and my nails look Terrible. During the service I had my cutitcle cut and bleeding, I was charged $60 after the fact. I would never tell anyone to go here, the people do not take their time and overcharge compared to other nail salons in town. My middle finger is the one that got cut and now I have peeling skin on every finger which has never happened and I have been getting my nails done for years. This is seriously the worst nail place I've ever been too. I patiently waited 30 minutes for my pedicure, it was then very rushed. The guy didn't properly cut down my toe nails, or do all the stuff in the pedicure that was suppose to be done. I then got the dip powder done, which was also very rushed. The guy didn't put enough coats on so you could still see the tips of my finger nail. I then get to the register where they charged me $40 for the powder, that wasn't even a manicure or anything. Not only that, but the powder didn't even last a week!!!! When it's suppose to last at least 3 weeks. I'll never go back here again. They over charge and scam. The people were nice and the nail art turned out great, but when I got home they all popped off and when I thought back I realized that the lady I went to she barely put any glue on my nails and that's what caused them to pop off. I was appalled when the man pulled out the same exact cheese grater I have at home, and proceeded to use it one my feet without even asking. She left me while polishing my feet to take care of someone else. Another guy polished my feet and started asking me what i wanted.
