My niece & her friend recently went here and got the worst set of nails she's ever had. $80 for THIS? "BG Nails Spa" did a whole galaxy design with rhinestones for me for less than this. Her cuticles are inflamed, the french tips are overly thick and crooked and do not look good, and there are bubbles underneath the nails. She literally said they look like "Temu press ons" you might as well save your money and do that instead if this is your only choice. Employeed did not listen to her either when trying to correct them. Avoid this place! read more

I recently visited Luxury Nails and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff were unprofessional and seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. The salon itself was not clean, and the ambiance was far from relaxing. The quality of the manicure I received was poor, and I was left feeling like I wasted my money. Additionally, it felt like the owner was stingy with money, which reflected in the overall quality of the experience. Even trot was close to closing time they let my husband and I come on in. They always take the best care of us and never act like it's an inconvenience ( I have had that at a lot of nail salons). Gel pedicure with paraffin was $75!! I had a new girl so not sure if it's fair to say it was less than desirable.

They serve great drinks and pedicures are great. Their manicures are not so great. Often times hand massages are not give and shellac comes off within 3 days of service. When I went in to ask of the shellac should come off that quick, I was told yes because of my nail. When I questioned as to why it was not suggested to me at the time of my service that I should not get shellac. I was told the technician would not share that info unless the customer were to inquire first if shellac would work. I spent $97 plus tip and still had receipt to show proof and no movement was made to help make it right. I have been a good customer of the place and strongly suggested the place to many, but this was the first time I've second guessed my selection of this business. I'm pretty disappointed. read more

I never do reviews but... I paid $75 for the worst set of nails I've ever got. I don't think that he filed them down at all. He did not fully cover my pinky. My pointer finger has a cut on it. He insisted that I get gel because it would look better and then ended up taking the gel off from the flowers and did regular polish because it wouldn't sit correctly so I ended up having to use a different color because there wasn't another matching purple on regular polish. (When I wanted regular in the first place. But I paid for gel) both of my thumb hurt because the acrylic is touching my skin. I also got my toes done and they did a very good job but I will say they did reuse old files that should've been thrown away after each use which is not sanitary. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. He was quiet rude about my design and said he was ugly and he suggested I choose something else. Please don't waste your money. read more

This is the coolest nail salon in BG. My wife, daughters and I go almost weekly to get pedicures and manicures. The girls that work there are so sweet and great at what they do. Customer service is excellent! So much so that When I was on my own one weekend with my daughters and we were there getting pedicures, the girl took time to help me fix my daughters braid since I did a "dad" job with it and it was messy. Very disappointed! My sister and I went to get our nails done for her birthday, and it was terrible. The man who did her nails was very rude to her and ruined her experience. She was scared to even tell him that she wanted him to fix something. If we are paying a lot of money to get our nails done, then it better be right. If I had known how rude he was to my sister I wouldn't have given him a tip. So it's safe to say that we will not be going there again, and for anyone who is reading this I suggest you should go somewhere else too. I hate giving bad reviews, but a nail salon should be a nice environment, especially since we pay a lot and give a good tip. read more

Oh my gosh. I'm the only customer in this place and now I know why. Polish my nails and that was it! Never in my life have I had such a bad ( or non existing) pedi. Pedi's are much more than polish the nails and that is all I got. While polishing I asked why no work on the heals. No pushing back cuticle. Or trimming skin. He said oh I can do that now. So dead skin on wet nail polish. Are you kidding me? This was actually was a shocking experience. Don't go here. Since no one was there I guess the word is out. Thank goodness. I went in for shellac and they only put two coats on with a light color. They looked really bad but I felt too bad to say anything. A day or two went by and they just kept looking worse - got a black tent to them. So I called and asked if I could come in and get them fixed. The guy acted nice on the phone and said he would not charge me. I got there and he was so rude! He pretty much told me that it was my fault for choosing that color and that's the only thing he said to me the whole time - which made it a very awkward experience. Then he proceeded to tell me there were now 7 coats on my nails - which was not true because he only added 2 more. And then told me I was "free to go." He made me feel like crap for coming in to get them fixed.... I will not be back. read more

Terrible service. The owner is incredibly rude and short with customers. We asked if they had time for 2 pedicures and they said yes but we waited in the pedicure chair for over 45 minutes. While we were waiting we heard the employees complaining about the owner and hating their job. We also saw a former employee come into the shop escorted by 2 policemen to get her last check. It seemed to scary- police don't get involved unless there's a real issue. Once we finally got our pedicures I was in pain the whole time- the employee was incredibly rough. She cut my toes down so short they hurt. The worker that did my pedicure didn't even hardly speak English so it was hard to communicate. She also kept looking off and watching TV while doing my toes. They talk you into unnecessary expensive treatments. It's an extra 5$ to have them scrub the calluses off your heels. I do not recommend ever going. I am so unhappy I spent my money there. They seem to have way more issues going on that just doing people's nails. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I had one of the worst experiences here! I have been going to this salon for I would say a good 2-3 years now! I was trying to get a sns manicure that one of my friends recommended (which I would not recommend to anyone now) and I called to see if they did this! The owner told me that they did not but his other location Elite Nails did so I went there! Long story short they looked AWFUL! They were so thick, she didn't clean around my cuticles, cut my cuticles, give anything that resembled a manicure and then charged me $40! I usually don't complain if I'm unhappy with my nails but this was so bad I called to see if they could just take them off and put shellac on! I was told that I would be charged full price and that they were supposed to be "thick". I went to Luxury Nails right after because I would not set foot back in Elite Nails! They told me that they would fix them for me and they would try to split the costs between both places so I wasn't charged! As soon as I sat down Johnny said that I would need to pay full price to have shellac put on ($35) or $30 for them to "fix" them! I was so done at this point I just agreed because they looked horrible! So I paid a good $70 without tip (why I even tipped I'm not sure) for this and spent a good 2.5 hours! I will never set foot in either of these places again! They are not loyal to their customers who have been going there for years! It's such a shame because Cindy is so sweet! read more
