The only downside to this appointment was the Tech cut one of my toes ( the big toe) a little too short/ close to the skin. I've had to put cotton under that nail so it doesn't dig in to my big toe skin. Next time I'll be sure to provide more information on how short/ long the nails will be. read more

I've booked with Ethan for a gel manicure multiple times and acrylic tips another - I love how meticulous and careful he is with my nails! My friend goes for Gelx nails with Moni and always loves her designs! There's plenty of parking and atmosphere is ofc casual. I took my girls in for a manicure, they charged me for adult manicure when I told them kids manicure. I was charge $76 for a kids. I just check their pricing on their website and it said $15 for gel hands and feet, but the only got gel hands. Never coming back again. read more

Came here to get a new set, they did an overlay on my actual nails I was switched off between multiple technicians so I had to get up and move chairs multiple times. Which made the experience less relaxing. The final technician worked on my nails and shaved my acrylic too thin in some areas, I pointed this out to her and told her that it's going to chip but she just put extra layers of gel polish on to "fix" the problem. This made it chip a couple weeks after getting them done. I'm honestly really disappointed because I work very hard to make money to even spend on myself and having my nails done is the one thing I look forward to. My nails are lifting and cracking in a lot of different areas which means I'll have to spend more money again just to get a full set all over again when you should be able to fill the same set for a few months before getting a fresh set. I've been here more than a few times now for gel pedi. I'm a little surprised by negative reviews because each time I've come here has been a pleasant experience. When I call to make an appointment they rarely have me make one and I just show up. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait, so sticking to appointments may help them and make a better experience for clients. One time the whole family wanted to come for pedicures and my fiancé had to leave since he wasn't going to make his next appointment and he was waiting over half an hour. He was counting on starting by appointment time. Other than that the staff has been friendly and does a great job for me. It's a peaceful environment and clean as far as I can tell. It's the first pedicure I've had where they actually use fresh squeezed orange juice on your legs and feet for the sugar scrub. I get the same service every time but it's a little bit of suspense with how much it's going to cost, which I find more than just a little annoying. Today was my first time to have my nails done by Luxury nails. I had Amber and she was fantastic! I will definitely be returning!

Been a frequent customer, but my feelings have changed. First: My nail tech was awesome and did a great job. That's where that ends. The last two visits we have gotten upcharged and coerced into Gel even though we say NO GEL and are very adamant about it. They give you the same song and dance when you say no - i heard them do it to other people - "Gel looks better, lasts longer, very shiny!" STOP THIS. When we say no, we mean NO! Some of us don't want to be upcharged 15 bucks, because we have to end up paying an extra 5 later to get them taken off before we get upcharged again just for Gel that anyone can do with a 10 dollar UV light from sally and gel polish. I don't want to hear about how much better your UV light is because I'm pretty sure we can do comparisons if you'd like. ** Prior reviews have all noted the issue, and it STILL doesn't seem to have been addressed. That was my last time, unless you make an effort to change this practice. There are great nail techs elsewhere within 10 mins that don't try to guilt or trick you into extra services. read more

As I'm sure you know, it's always very nerve wracking to go to a new place for nails let alone trust someone else with your nails, but I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I've been getting my nails consistently done for years, but not in a salon. My regular lady is currently out on maternity leave and thought I'd give another place a go in the meantime. I searched Google and Yelp for days and was very hesitant to call and schedule an appointment. That is, until I stumbled upon this place on Google. The reviews were excellent, the photos impressive. I gave them a call. Although the salon was very busy, I was greeted by a lady immediately upon entry who asked me to check in on their iPad. Upon sitting down to wait, I was handed colors and shown my seat by, who I believe was, the owner. So far the two people I had interacted with were very friendly. I was sat with HANNAH for my nail appointment and I couldn't have been more impressed. Not only was she professional and efficient, she was also really nice. As I said, I was nervous especially because I was having my nails chopped way shorter than my usual length, but Hannah did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results and am interested to see how long they last when they grow out. Overall, the whole atmosphere of this place was just an all around positive vibe. The service felt rushed. We came in on a Saturday evening and they informed us that they normally close 7:30 but they wanted to close early so they wouldn't be able to do our manicures, just our pedicures when we had called and made an appointment for both an hour before closing. They offered us a 10% off discount for our trouble which was kind but I would have preferred to just have my services done at the same time. Their instruments did not seem sterilized, only sanitized. I don't like giving bad reviews, especially when it's a newer business, but I'm just hoping that they change some things to make sure to keep business and be a good business to go to. Positives: They were nice people. Negatives: Appointment was at 4, they didn't get started until after 4:30pm. I get that they are newer and probably still figuring scheduling and timing, so I wasn't too upset about that. Here's my big issue: I came in for a gel manicure and Tiem or Tien? said that powder dip is better. I mentioned how I had done it before somewhere else and they didn't last as long and he reassured me that "they do a good job and that they last longer". So, I figured I would trust him and try it again. They looked great, but after 6 days, I had a few nails chip and for the price you pay, nails should last for at least 3 weeks. He said that they have a 10 day guarantee and if I have a problem with them I can come back in that timeframe to get them fixed. I came in 9 days after I had them done (mainly because I wasn't able to make it there on a Saturday, so I came in Monday). I called ahead and scheduled a fix on my dipped nails. I came in and they got me right in. She asked what color and I matched the one that I had on. I've never had a "fix" before so when she started to file off my nail that wasn't chipped; I asked if that's what they do for a fix, she said yes. So she began to do a full new dip. Weird, I figured they would just fix the few broken ones. When I went to pay, he said that it was going to be a full price for the fill set. I then explained everything from before and he said that he would give me half off. My issue is if they have a 10 day guarantee...shouldn't it have been free? And I didn't ask for a full set, I just wanted it fixed. So I'm guessing there was a communication issue, but it rubs me wrong and I wasn't planning on paying to get my nails fixed in the timeframe. So just be aware. And maybe they need to just not "guarantee" the nails for 10 days if they won't honor it. read more

I had an appointment but waited for almost an hour before I was taken back. When I arrived I was yelled at from across the room by a male tech "what do you want!?" He did it twice. The place was packed. I was so embarrassed I was shaking. I counted 7 people who were waiting, all of us with the same appointment time waiting & waiting & waiting. Big buzz kill. I should have left then. I didn't. Bad decision. My cuticles are chopped up, the finish on the gel polish is lumpy, they had "run out" of sandals for after the pedicure. I have been a loyal customer dispute how horrible they have treated me over the years because my nail person does a really good job. -When you make an appointment it doesn't matter, they always take a walk in and make you wait for them to get completed. It's not abnormal to wait an hour when you had an appointment. They don't value their loyal customers to gain new ones. - My last visit I had an appointment at 10 AM that was made the day before with the owner Tim, I showed up on time and he wasn't there and they said he wasn't coming in and no one else could help me because they were too busy. They said they would call me when he got there to fit me in later since I wanted my nails done to go out of town the next day. No one called. I called and spoke to the owner who agreed to do them later which ruined my evening plans and an entire day trying to get this appointment in for driving back and forth. They are 15 minutes away. When I got to my appointment I told Tim that what happened was not okay and that my nails were free today for the inconvenience, he refused. He offered a free nail design. I refused and told him that was not good customer service. He ended up charging me full price of $52 and no discount at all. I will not go back here after continuing to be treated like my time and loyalty and loyalty doesn't matter. I just moved to Saratoga and I needed to find a new nail salon. I decided to try this one out. When I called I made an appointment for me and my mom at 5:30. I got there and there was a line. I was asked if I had an appointment and to check in. I waited and waited. 6 came along, 6: came along, 6:30 and I still hadn't been helped. Others were coming in and one girl said she didn't have an appointment. 5 mins later they called her to sit down. By this time I was pretty mad. I'm on the fence with this place, first time was absolutely great but the second wasn't and that just had to do with the person who did them so I guess I need to go back one more time. When paying I noticed there was nail polish on my skin around the nail beds, she was fine to clean them up but I just think that shouldn't happen. They definitely overbook their appointments like all nail salons do so you have to wait a bit for your appointment. The owners seem super friendly and apologetic when having to wait which I appreciate. I don't like the fact that they answer phone calls over speaker bc you can never call to ask who is good, who you didn't like from last time, etc bc the whole salon can hear the conversation. Not only did they overbook and allow walk-in customers before my appointment, I was treated disrespectfully the entire time. I specifically requested for a manicure and pedicure... and to my shock they were rolling their eyes. There must've been a miscommunication somewhere because they said they didn't have enough time and that I needed to book an appointment.... WHICH I DID (several hours ago) The nail tech assigned to me was also extremely rude and rough with me. It was clear she was annoyed and was making jokes about my nails to the other nail tech.
