We tried on several different types of perfume, all high end. My friend was interested in possibly buying one, I was there for company and of course, the photos :) They have very expensive fragrances and sell some in a 3 piece set too, but the prices were a bit steep for us at around $90.00 or so. But our visit was memorable and I do recommend coming here if you have the money. Cool store, great personnel, and I am so sorry, I misplaced the young lady's name. My family and I walked in and we understand that supporting multiple customers is not easy, but one guy was helping two people and the other two girls were supporting 1 customer each. We waited like 5-10 minutes and at this point no one had greeted us anyways. We waited patiently and other customers walked in and they were supported even before us. I keep giving this place a chance and it always fails. Employees need to appreciate their job and understand that if they are working customer service, they should provide such experience. 0/10

It' hard to tell from a thin strip sprayed and other scents in the store...coffee beans really don't help. But I'd spray a bit on my skin and ask the other sales ladies what they thought. The one's I bought I liked and they loved! I bought 3. They were authentic (not fake like a lot of those booths are in downtown fashion district. Look for a metal stamp on the bottom of the bottle next to another stamp. If it doesn't have a metal stamp or engraving in the bottle, it's probably fake. Mostly men in there. Vicky even showed me how to get a bigger discount and asked me if I wanted bottled water. I took two. With all the booths in front of the stores in that area it's hard to find but I did. Parking is a scam...they wave $3 or $5 signs and point you to building parking and then when you get there it's $20! She said the $3-$5 was weekdays. But I felt safer there so I paid the $20. But I really just wanted to compliment Vicky for her patience with me. Give her a raise boss...or at least kudos. Many kudos. Thanks Perfumes LA...I'll be back.

The 2nd time I went there, a male supervisor intervened rudely into our conversation. I didn't make a big deal about it since he was not the one helping me. However during my 3rd visit there. I spoke with an assistant supervisor names Amelia who put to the side the last bottle of fragrance they had left for me. I was driving through the horrible traffic in LA and Amelia somehow had to go home. Unfortunately, the same Hispanic male supervisor made me feel like I was a burden. He must've stopped helping me at least 3 times to go help other people. His excuse was there were short of staff. By the time he called Amelia and located the fragrance she put aside for me, I was over it. Not to mention the fragrance had no plastic on it, which tells me that it was used. Honestly, I went there not because they have the best price, it's merely because I don't have the patience for shipping. Nonetheless, if you are looking for authentic fragrances you can go on Jomashop, or Fragrance net, Maxaroma or Scents Angels. Needless to say I will not be going back!

The basic store is well equipped. Has all the stuff one would need. It's clean, the staff are professional, and they even have some little surprises like historical Manuels about the area, or cute little gifts for the kids. The place I always go - whether walking in or, more likely, the drive up - is the pharmacy. The young people who work there are friendly, professional, and helpful. I go so often, a couple of the young folks know me by name and ask how my family is, even though they haven't ever met them and only here about them from my inquiries and casual small talk when being rung up. I love that. I always am happy to swing by to pick up the needed meds, and I usually get a friendly smile and greeting in the process. I'm happy to patronize this location and feel it's one of the cleanest, friendliest, and most well equipped in the area by far.
