This morning I scheduled a grooming service for my champagne colored Havanese puppy, who was full of knots created in most part from the harness he's been wearing. He also happened to be beyond dirty having spent a week in NYC. Joe, the owner, gave him the full royal treatment, returning him to his pristine self with a clean face and cute squared off ears. Only wish I could upload a photo because he looks wicked cute. Not only does Joe have the perfect disposition for the grooming business, he is committed to ensuring you walk out deliriously happy with his service. We were blown away. When clients are paying hundreds of dollars specifically for international travel paperwork and preparation, it should absolutely be the hospital's responsibility to verify whether the pet actually meets the destination country's requirements.!!!
