The first 15 reviews on hear, they HAVE to be fake. Please look this company up on Yelp, you will get a different perspective over there. Please be weary of this "business". They also go by the name "United Moving", and if you google United Moving a different more reputable moving company comes up. They stole the shelves to my father's china cabinet and they refuse to give them back. If you do decide to go with them, please, please closely monitor them. I obviously did not read the reviews on them before I contacted them. But that's probably why they go by different names to throw people off from these horrible reviews they have on Yelp. They also charged for mileage for them to drive back to wherever they came from and that was never in the original quote they gave to me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR MOVE! This was the absolute worst move we have ever experienced. We were moving from a 3 story townhouse to another townhouse with 3 small children. My husband found this SCAM company and they told him the cost would be $1200 (everything included), for 8 hours and the "contract" said it wouldn't go beyond $1200. Our appt time was 9am. At 9:30 my husband had to call to find out where they were as they hadn't arrived yet. They said something was wrong with the truck, but they were 5 mins away. They didn't show up until 10:40am. They were unprofessional right from the beginning. They moved slowly throughout the house grabbing boxes with no rhyme or reason. They argued with one another about how & what to move. They would put a few boxes on the dolly without securing them, so they wobbled back and forth nearly falling. At one point 2 of them were holding our 65" & 50" tvs and I saw the tvs wobbling!! I also saw the drawers to my husband's file cabinet fly open as they were rolling it on the dolly. All 3 guys would go downstairs together with just a few of our items, and then it would be 30 min before we saw them again. It took them 5 hours to get MOST of the boxes and furniture from the 1st and 2nd floor. Finally they filled up the truck. (I have video footage of them just standing around on the truck talking. Also, my husband walked past our bedroom at one point & one of the guys was slouched in my chair scrolling on his phone.) The head guy, Michael Enriquez, walked up to my husband and told him they were going to get lunch and would meet us at the house afterwards to unload the truck. Then he said we needed to pay the $1200 cash before they could unload. They arrive to unload and now there are additional charges. Michael Enriquez demands $595 more dollars via cash or Zelle before they will unload. At this point it's about 5pm and my children's beds and clothes and EVERYTHING from their rooms, was still at the previous house, so we pay them via Zelle so they can unload and we can find our own way to go back and get our children's beds and clothes. At 6:50pm Michael Enriquez came up to us and said they were done emptying the truck (they left all of our belongings in the garage), his guys were tired and 8 hours were up. He offered to stay and finish for an additional $145. Then said they could return the following day and bring our items from the other house for $145/hour. Over the next 2 days we discovered my books shelf was broken as well as 2 TVs. This SCAM COMPANY goes by different names. They told us they were called United Movers. Then after plugging Justin's number in Google, Luxury Movers showed up as the company name. Not only did these people cause us a great deal of stress, they completely overcharged us for terrible work, and then broke items we now have to replace. (Michael Enriquez even had the nerve to ask my husand for a tip) We will be taking legal action. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR MOVE!!!! read more

Worst movers ever. Highly unprofessional and completely unprepared. The mover arrived with NO TOOLS to disassemble and reassemble my furniture which was a service supposedly included in my quote. They didnt have any ties to hold my furniture in place and hence broke one of my pieces of furniture. Not only did they not compensate me for it, they didnt even apologize. The mover stopped at a Home Depot mid move to purchase supplies that were supposed to be included in the quote then charged me an extra hour or two of move time. I (a female) ended up moving and lifting furniture myself to expedite the process and in the end, I was charge double my quote! Totally ripped off. I will be calling the BBB. read more

This company is a total FRAUD. I put the order with them and they sent another company to do the job. Once they had all my stuff in the truck, they raised the price exponentially. Instead of charging 375 they said its 1400. I had to call the cops when we reached destination. They broke our 2 TV and Bed. around $2000+ loss plus the fee, plus hassle of calling cops. I recorded everything and will be suing them in court for the damages. I have all the proof. They said they only want cash and got it so can't be traced back to them - but I called cops again a second time and both luxury relocation and Excel Carriers, 57 midland ave. elmwood park nj 07407, will be sued based on that. got all the evidence I need on tape as well when spoke to their boss. oh lord had I knew this company was jacked up like it was i would have NEVER use them...Michael the so post to be owner is a totally jerk.. he sent the guy's to my house and they was hour and half late then the driver justin going to come in my house saying it's going to cost me more to use tape and plastic wrap around my furniture... this company will be reported to the BBB cause they try to scam people after they quote you a price then get there and tell you it's going to cost you more for no reason.. so I am going to say this loud and clear... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they hit you with the $300-350 two hour rate and they show up with a old uhaul truck.. then the two guys look like they came off the street no proper moving apparel from the scam company they work for... this company is a total scam and shall be brought to a higher authority as I plan to do... Worst movers ever!!!! They quote you a price and the minute they get there they start adding money on to your bill for nonsense. Please note that the only thing I was moving were 20 boxes and a mattress, box spring and bed frame. No furniture!!! Told them to park in the front of my apartment complex and he said no it's ok we will just park here. He parked far away in a back parking lot and then immediately tried to charge me a LONG HAUL CHARGE!! Wouldn't have been a long haul had he parked where I told him to. After getting all of my boxes and mattress and box spring down and over to the truck, they ended up saying that they were cancelling the job because I was questioning the charges. They said they were going to bring everything back into my apartment. They left my boxes on the wet grass and put my mattress and box spring at the front door of my upstairs apartment blocking my downstairs neighbors door and took off. The idiot loser guy that was supposed to be in charge whose name is JUSTIN!! was on his phone constantly and not doing any work. Then he was trying to charge me for extra time to do the job. The supposed boss/supervisor whose name is Ivo did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give negative rating, I would have given them worst possible. They gave me different quote and had different quote in their phones! It was height if cheating, I had to call cops but still couldn't do anything as they were showing different quote and cops were like it's a civil matter, we can't do anything!. They are v pathetic people, took my initials in empty paper and then filled details after loading my stuff to show to cops that I had agreed whereas I hadn't seen anything and hadn't signed. read more

Worst movers even. Hired them to move a hot tub 2 blocks. Was quoted 350 since they have a 2 hour minimum. Fair enough. They got there and I initialed and signed the estimate for 350. But the truck they brought wasn't big enough, even though they were given dimensions in advance. They decided to roll it down the street since it was only 2 blocks away. They called en route to tell me that since they had to walk, it would be an additional $75 per 75 feet so we're adding $275 for a total of $600. Not only did I not agree, they added the to the contract AFTER I signed and initialized it. I told them to take it back but they brought it to my house and placed behind my car, blocking me in driveway. I called the police for assistance. After 90minutez, they agreed to move it from behind my car, to the backyard, as was quoted for the initial 350. However, they broke the cabinet to the hot tub. Still waiting on the electrician to find out if they broke the hot tub as well. I have tried to get the number for their insurance company but like everything about them, this is a scam. I have video of me asking for the contract, him saying no, while scribbling on it, making changes to it. Buyer beware. They are awful. Do not use at any cost or estimate since it means nothing and then job will not be done right, if at all. If zero stars was an option, that's what they'd get. Thank goodness for the local police in my town who helped with this situation or it would still not be resolved and the owner himself was yelling and cursing at me. read more

This was the WORST moving experience of my life and I have moved several times in the past few years. Michael and Jason are complete scam artists. They def have some sort of system for getting over on their clients. They overcharged me for the move with ridiculous add on and made me pay before they finished the job or they would not move my furniture into my new residence. They also damaged a brand new dresser because they were too lazy to take the legs off and jammed it up my stairs. When I called to discuss the damages I was given the run around by these two and told I was harassing the owner Jason who is a complete jerk! I just wanted to be provided with some compensation for the damaged dresser and I was told I did not purchase insurance which was a lie I was not provided with the option and was completely scammed. These guys know what they are doing. BEWARE I bet their business isn't even on the books. Completely unprofessional. read more
