THIS YEAR, we again used them (with a Groupon) on Mother's Day & to Antoine's once more, celebrating Mother's Day + my 75th birthday. Other than a different driver, my review is the same...Perfect Company! Extremely pleasant experience from making arrangements with office to the efficient, very helpful & polite driver. They made my day so special. It was fun to be able to share the ride with our children & their SO's instead of driving separately, no one had to fight traffic & find parking on a busy holiday. Last year I posted that I paid tip & other small charge several days in advance so I didn't need to think of it that day, I did the same this year. We felt an additional tip at time of service was well deserved so had brought an envelope with cash ($60) to give driver upon drop-off & he deserved every bit for his excellent service. We didn't use 4 hours this year either & driver asked several times if we wanted to go any place else, we didn't but he would have been more than glad to drive us the 4 hrs had we wished. As last year, we knew we wouldn't use all time but was happy not to need to watch our time. The entire experience was memorable. We will use this service again any time

We called as soon as the driver arrived and they did nothing. We had reservations so we had to use what was sent. I use a walker a lot so it was so dangerous for both my husband and myself to get in and out of this huge SUV. I will never hire a vehicle from this company again. They never did contact us to apologize or anything. The only reason we have given them 2 stars is because the driver was nice, but that wouldn't have helped if we had fallen.

I emailed him two months in advance and he was so communicative with me, gave me a fair and great pricing. Furthermore, I love supporting privately owned and small companies, because I value their dedication and amazing service. A week before our arrival to New Orleans, he followed up with me, confirming arrival times and flight number. As we arrived, he was already waiting at the baggage claim and along with hand-held sign with our name on it. We loved that without having to repeatedly call and worry where he is parked or where he is waiting. His luxury SUV is pristine and a beauty--a black Lincoln Navigator. There was so much comfort and leg room and his car was air conditioned already along with our seats. He also handed us two cold bottles of water, which we greatly appreciated after coming from a long flight. He drove us to our hotel and the ride was so smooth and we felt so safe that I fell asleep! Haha! Michael is wonderful in his demeanor, his personality and his service. On our last day of our vacation, he was already at our hotel exactly at 3:15 pm with the SUV ready and set to go to the airport.
