I emailed him two months in advance and he was so communicative with me, gave me a fair and great pricing. Furthermore, I love supporting privately owned and small companies, because I value their dedication and amazing service. A week before our arrival to New Orleans, he followed up with me, confirming arrival times and flight number. As we arrived, he was already waiting at the baggage claim and along with hand-held sign with our name on it. We loved that without having to repeatedly call and worry where he is parked or where he is waiting. His luxury SUV is pristine and a beauty--a black Lincoln Navigator. There was so much comfort and leg room and his car was air conditioned already along with our seats. He also handed us two cold bottles of water, which we greatly appreciated after coming from a long flight. He drove us to our hotel and the ride was so smooth and we felt so safe that I fell asleep! Haha! Michael is wonderful in his demeanor, his personality and his service. On our last day of our vacation, he was already at our hotel exactly at 3:15 pm with the SUV ready and set to go to the airport. We will always remember Michael for our transportation needs and hope to come back to New Orleans. Very nice, courteous, and professional man.

Met us at Baggage Claim as we came down the escalator, helped us with our bags and delivered us to the hotel in style. The return trip was equally as smooth. They were 10 minutes early and handled our bags for us. We arrived at the airport early in the morning before the traffic was building up. I have over the years used many services when traveling. This was the best. This is not idle flattery. To be the best in my book you have to be better in all aspects than the competition. Nicer/Nicest vehicles (large SUVs), clean and comfortable. I paid no more than $24 for a shuttle ride to my hotel located in downtown New Orleans, Central Business District. I adored the driver, Harry, who was very kind and informative beforehand, but this process is just not fair for those who have had a long flight and just want to get in and relax, or those who just want to explore New Orleans as soon as possible. On what appeared to be a slow day I ended up being the only rider, after I waited on the shuttle for an hour for seats to be filled. With New Orleans being one of the more touristy places, it still baffles me that this shuttle could not get more riders other than I within an hour. If you have no time restraints and staying within or nearby downtown New Orleans, then look no further than Airport Shuttle New Orleans. However, if you do have time restraints, I recommend not utilizing it because there is no consistency with the number of pick-ups from the airport, so you may have a wait. We ended up not needing the bus service later in the evening and they would not refund us, which it's completely understandable. However, with the amount we paid for that time block, we expected to be the only group he had for that day he seemed to have booked another ride and was not able to come pick us up for almost two hours when we asked him to come get us at 330PM!!!!! If i'm renting a bus service for 14 hours and then only have to use 8 of those hours, do you think a business would be happy to provide the correct service in the smaller window. Instead, he made a group of 30 people wait in a parking lot for over an hour and a half, nearly two hours for him. Because of this, we had to miss a dinner reservation. With a party of this size, it was a very large deposit that we could not get back. If there was a 0 star option, I would leave that here.
