I got the "manager's special" for $18 and my rims were dripping with muddy water, my glass was full of water spots, and barely any of the bugs, smudges, and fingerprints were washed away. This is a 2020 vehicle that I wash weekly. I was also disappointed in the vacuum bay. Every car wash at home in the Tampa area offers microfiber cloths, air spray guns, and window cleaner (at the very least) included with their washes which run about $15. The bays at this car wash had only the vacuum. If you want a cloth, window cleaner, or anything else, you had to buy each item for $2+ in their vending machine. I ended up having to dry my rims with an old mask. I feel like I just threw $18 away.
