When I went to pay, he told me the price would be $175 more than quoted, at $450. Given that I knew the shape my car was in, I had no issue with this. It was evening when he was done, so I couldn't fully see how poor the job was. The next day, I texted him the issues and he said he would come out and fix it. He did come out, but even that was done poorly. We went back and forth on text and he made a bunch of excuses and didn't really have any accountability for the poor job. It was more "I'm so busy and I'm sorry it's bad but I'll have to fix it at a time that's convenient for me." He argued with me about the job and when I went to send him a videos of how poorly it was done, I found out he blocked me instead of making it right. Given that every other review says he quotes one price and then charges other, it seems to be a common scam for him. I don't mind paying for quality, but if you're gonna acknowledge in the attached texts that he did a poor job and then not fix it, you don't stand by your work.

I got a 1 step paint correction, ceramic coating, and a full interior detail done in July by Haley. She's very nice, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, after a few moths of getting my car fully detailed and looking nice, my car was hit and there was small damage to my rear bumper. I reached out to Ashley to see if she can ceramic coat just the rear bumper. She responded quickly and provided a quote. Instead of telling me to get it done right away, she was knowledgeable about letting the paint cure for about 6-8 weeks. We waited for the paint to cure and she sent Haley over to reapply the coating again. Again, Haley did a fast and amazing job and provided updates as she was heading over. This past Sunday was the worst experience I have had with a follow up call from a manager that was only more upsetting. They manager admitted "they broke" my rock guard during wash and would replace it only to be told today yes we broke it and it's our fault but we will not replace it and it's not "my problem" I will never return here again with that being how they represent themselves with such poor attitude and service after destroying a piece off my truck. Wow loyalty means nothing to some businesses nowadays.
