After the nail tech recommended I get dip powder nails I agreed but it went down hill. The nail drill burned me multiple times that left visible marks. The French tips were very uneven and the nails were uneven and bumpy. Edit: everyone else in the bridal party had a similar experience. Uneven nails, and burned off skin. My sisters nail tech even made her change the color she wanted to get her nails because the nail tech said "It's a bit ugly" (all she asked for was a white to pink ombré)

I use acrylic nails because I'm a nail biter. That is the only reason why I (a boy) got them. Kelly and her staff were understanding and non judgmental. Cons: Kelly and her employees don't seem friendly but really, they're genuinely good people. They could work a little on being more approachable. Sometimes, they will talk in their language in front of customers and myself. It's sometimes uncomfortable. I have nothing against them speaking in their language but if they carry out long conversations, I feel awkward. I feel like I'm not included in their conversation. Sometimes, they seem like they rush things. People come there to have a good time and relax, so they should take their time to really talk with their customers and get to know them.

I've been going here since right before Covid, and the service has really gone downhill recently…read more Techs are rushing through every step of pedicure and acrylic fills to the point of puddling and sloppy placement of materials. My nails ended up so thick, not natural looking at all. The entire place needs a makever and a thorough cleaning. Very visible dust on the clocks and faded art on the walls. The smocks all the techs wear need to be washed or replaced. Dirty. And yes, the language barrier with most of the techs makes trying to explain concerns fruitless.

The nail tech cut one of our toenails very short without asking despite them not needing to be cut. They ended up being so short on one foot to the point they hurt. You need to tell nail tech exactly what you want up front, but there was a language barrier, making it difficult.
