I've been going here since right before Covid, and the service has really gone downhill recently. Techs are rushing through every step of pedicure and acrylic fills to the point of puddling and sloppy placement of materials. My nails ended up so thick, not natural looking at all. The entire place needs a makever and a thorough cleaning. Very visible dust on the clocks and faded art on the walls. The smocks all the techs wear need to be washed or replaced. Dirty. And yes, the language barrier with most of the techs makes trying to explain concerns fruitless. read more

I have been going here a few times already and service quality seems to be dropping each time. I like the in and out service, but this time service was definitely rushed. The 3 of us had an appointment for 5pm. 2 of us got there a little early, and we were immediately taken to our chairs. By the time the last person got there (who was still 5 min early) the other 2 were almost done with the "spa pedi". The service including the massage was rushed. The nail tech cut one of our toenails very short without asking despite them not needing to be cut. They ended up being so short on one foot to the point they hurt. You need to tell nail tech exactly what you want up front, but there was a language barrier, making it difficult. read more

A friend of mine made me an appointment for a pedi at this location because my hair dresser suggested going here. #meh I get a pedi every month. Am I a pedi snob? No. But I know how they should be. And this one lacked all the feels. I ordered the top pedi with the hot stones, leg mask, hot towels, etc. When I walked in I was one of two people at the shop. I thought SCORE! I'll get VIP treatment. NOPE. Nothing doing. My tech was rushed. She rushed through the experience. There was nothing really relaxing about it. She was more interested in what was on the TV behind me than pampering my feet. I asked her to take care of one of my toes which needs extra attention. She ignored the request despite my reminding her twice. I won't be back. The best part of the experience is that the price is right. So if you are short on cash...go there...if you are in a hurry. I've tried so many nail salons and this is my favorite. I've been going here as long as I've lived in Green Bay. I ask for the same nail tech every time just because she is so efficient and gentle. She has amazing attention to detail and will always provide a quality service. She had vacation and I had a different nail tech and her service was also great. Unfortunately I no longer live nearby but occasionally I still make the drive just because I love this place so much. read more

Went for a Mothers Day treat with my mom for pedicures. Had a reservation at 10am. Got there at 9:50 and they took us in the chair right away, which was great. My moms pedicure was literally 6 minutes. She was done and under the nail dryer before 10am. My pedicure took appropriate time about 20 minutes. It was a fast, careless job. Didn't get to relax and have a conversation with my mom cause she was done before I even got to the hair dryer. Very disappointing. Couldn't express my frustration cause the ladies didn't understand English. read more

When I called the person who answered seemed very uninterested in the fact I called and seemed kind of irritated so when I went in I was already kind of worried. I walked in and wasn't greeted so I sat and was later asked if I had an appointment and such. My appointment was for 1:15 but I didn't actually get seen till a little after 1:30 but it was busy so again I tried to keep an open mind. The nail tech I had was very nice and made sure everything she did was what I wanted being the shape and length and everything which was great. This place is perfect to stop in and get pampered!! They do a great job and the place is always clean and has a friendly staff. I would suggest calling ahead to see if they can take you right away or to make an appointment. They do a really great job at acrylic and even do some awesome designs. Oh and they do have gel polish too!! And even have the mood color changing ones. Mine usually lasts about 3 weeks. Their pedicure are so relaxing as their chairs have the automatic massagers in them. They have 3 different levels for their pedicures- so if you want to do just basic you can or you can go all out and do the deluxe also. It really is a great nail salon. read more

We had a bridal party come in, and they were able to accommodate all of us with what we wanted. My nails were done quickly and beautifully, which was a welcome surprise for me since I'm visiting from out of town. I got nail art on my fingers and toes, and shellac on my fingers. I'm very happy with how my nails were done. The gentleman who did my nails said he had 15 years of experience. This was obvious in his skill. read more

I don't often get manicures or pedicures, maybe 3-4 times yearly, but when I do I know to go to VS Nails. They are always kind and their prices are VERY reasonable. I am a nurse so my hands take a beating from constant washing and harsh alcohol based sanitizer but they look and feel great- and the best part, their work lasts. They use quality supplies and welcome walk-ins. They take their time even if there are several people waiting. For the most part, the employees are quiet to add to the relaxing environment but they can also be engaging if you are in the mood for a good conversation. read more

I got a pedicure from here yesterday as a first time customer. They have three different options of pedicures. I got the middle one (spa pedicure). It came with a leg and foot massage, hot towel and the standard pedicure things. The lady who did my nails was very professional and nice. She spoke very good English. The whole experience took about 30-45 minutes, which was nice because at other nail salons I have felt very rushed in the past. I got a design on my big toes for $5. So for the spa pedicure and design it was only $33. I think that is very reasonable and they do a very good job! I will return! read more

I don't get my nails done often; it is a special treat for me. The first time I came I was very happy with the pedicure I received from Luanne. The next time I came, I had a pedicure and manicure from a different staff member and was very disappointed. I went back 2 days later, and the owner of the spa took me in for an appointment right away and corrected what I was unhappy with. I would recommend especially Luanne or the owner for this spa. read more

I got a manicure using gel nail polish. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the glitter gradient was placed onto my nails and I loved that she did two glitter coats on the nails I wanted fully covered. One issue is that on some of the nails she got the gel polish on the side of my nail covering some of my skin and had my nails cured. This led to hard polish on some of my nails. I also had most of my nails chip within a week of having my nails done. I don't really do much with my hands for work so I was surprised to see the gel not last as long as they say. Overall they were very nice and I could tell she knew what she was doing, I am just hoping every once in awhile they go over technic. read more

Went to have a full set of nails put on and a deluxe pedicure done this morning and it was horrible. During the pedicure she did not follow or even do the same thing to both feet. The nails are put on crooked, the acrylic is uneven and the nails are wavy. She could not even get the color correct but by that time I gave up as she did not understand one word I said. I will never go here again and DO NOT recommend it. read more

Don't get the older man terrible job he's the one who made me bleed and the job he did was the worst

My sorta step dad had a pedicure there and his cuticles are all cut up! His pedicurist attempted several times to stop the bleeding. He stated it really hurt compared to where he usually goes. When we got home I looked at them and was horrified! I immediately took pictures, then applied triple antibiotic ointment. Praying that he doesn't end up with an infection!!! Back with a nail salon update! I previously shared my affection for World Nails and while I still like it, VS Nails is my new go-to. The main reason is their basic pedicure (which is anything but basic) is just $16! It includes all the bells and whistles of any nail salon pedi; soak, scrub, cuticle trimming, leg massage and of course polish but is almost ridiculously inexpensive. I also prefer their polish selection to other local salons. They have a great selection of Essie and OPI as well as other brands and seem to regularly get new colors as I notice the most recent OPI collection on the reception desk. The salon is small with usually only a handful of employees so I suggest calling ahead for an appointment even if it's only earlier in the day. The employees are friendly and they have tons of up-to-date magazines. They also have a loyalty card where once you've gotten 5 pedicures, you get $5 off the sixth! Pretty nice!
