They also sell their house made lemon scrub in jars for $10, if interested. The staff was very friendly and my nail tech was communicative as well. It seemed like they had a strong and loyal customer base. My pedicure was done very meticulously well and had a lemon scrub and stone massage included. My nail tech shaped and cut my nails the way I asked, so I decided to add a regular manicure on the spot as well + they were able to fit me in! I've seen these hard working girls go through the effects of the pandemic while raising two beautiful children and running a nail shop at the same time. Up until 2017, I "nail-shop-hopped" around the south shore area - never finding a place i liked enough to come back to. Then I found sydney nails. I will never go to another nail shop until they shut down (which i hope never happens because i will be devastated.) Honestly, the service and quality here is unbeatable. The girls are genuine, friendly, and love their jobs (and take pride in it.) The shop is clean and promotes a relaxing environment. I see these reviews on the internet about their store not providing good service. I don't understand why some people are so nasty. If you go and get your nails done here and don't like it, don't leave the store. They can't control what happens when you leave the store. But if you don't like your nails or need it fixed before walking out, tell them. They 100% of the time will make it right if it is an instant fix. If you walk out of the store angry or upset and don't like what you were given, that's on you. Also, you chose the color - not them. Lida and Navy try their best to make it right so please be kind. Tips: 1) always call ahead so the girls can pencil you into their schedule. Walk ins are available but there is usually some kind of wait. 2) show up to your appointment 10-15 min early to pick your colors 3) they take cash and card but the card machine has a transaction fee on your card. They also take venmo.
