I recently had the pleasure of using Napa Luxury Coach to take my small, senior dog and me to Fair Oaks, a suburb of Sacramento. It was very important that I get to Fair Oaks, about 120 miles. Uber and Lyft were not an option as they will only go 100 miles. I contacted several limo companies and was very surprised when they informed me that Fair Oaks was "out of their service area"?! We booked this because we had a girls weekend in Napa ! Let me tell you Marco was absolutely amazing !!! He was always available via text we had some time gaps in between our tastings and he made all our time valuable . From getting us into chateau Montelena for pictures to getting us a tasting at silver oak this man literally did so much above and beyond for us . He offered to get us lunch and had waters available each time we came back from our tastings . We bought a bottle of white wine did not finish it and he took it upon himself to put it in the cooler so thoughtful!!!! I would have used Napa Luxury Coach if they had not been so unprofessional when I spoke to them about trying to schedule my reservation. Their website was contradictory and allowed me enter a booking request online for a service that they do not provide. The person who called me was extremely rude about it. If it wasn't an option, their website should not allow it to even be entered as a booking request. Regardless, speaking like that to a customer is not a way to garner business. Had the person been polite, the misunderstanding could have been easily cleared up and we could have booked something that worked. But their tone and attitude was so off putting that we decided to go with another company. "Luxury" means superior customer service from start to finish. read more

From the night before we knew it was going to be a great experience. First time to Napa, we decided to splurge and do it in style! We contacted Napa Luxury Coach based on a friends recommendation. Unfortunately our experience was not good. The car itself was not what I expected. I was looking for "luxury", but found an older SUV that was not overly comfortable. The main issue for us was with the driver. Our driver was hard to understand and not overly friendly. While driving us to Napa, on several occasions it appeared he was falling asleep behind the wheel. We had several cars around us actually beep at us as we were driving towards Napa because he was swerving in and out of lanes. I asked the driver directly if he was falling asleep. He brought up that the smoke in the air was effecting him, but at least then he became a touch more active and engaging. Until then, he really hadn't spoken one word to us. I was going to call the office to complain, but my wife just wanted to enjoy some wine. Domaine Carneros, Del Dotto, and Silver Oak were awesome! We stayed as long as we could at each place to avoid being in the car. Although we were referred to N.L.C from a friend, we would not recommend it to others based on our experience. read more
