Date of visit: December 31, 2025 We often pop into a Lush location while in Las Vegas, being a particular fan of their bath bombs. We normally hit the location in the Miracle Mile Shops, but this time around we visited this outlet within The Shoppes of Mandalay Place since we were staying nearby at Mandalay Bay. Like all Lush stores, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful and that always makes it easier to spend a little money--this time on some fun-shaped bath bombs for a co-worker. I know she will thoroughly enjoy them! Being just after Christmas, there were a number of Sale items and I honestly wished I had more folks with upcoming birthdays that I could have taken advantage of the great sales. read more

Never been in a lush before. Stopped in and Adrian was so kind to explain everything to me. Was looking at a bath ball because I had a big tub in my room and was coming off a 2 month work trip. Adrian saw me looking at the bubble section and explained how they worked and the different varieties. They help me decide on a Lavender based one. Adrian was top level and the whole staff was very pleasant and the store looked great. Especially for the weekend before Christmas. Will definitely be back for some new things to try on my next trip. read more

The best bath balls. I got a variety & this is the easiest store to get in & out of w/ the least amount of traffic in my opinion. Friendly people & lovely awakening smells. Love the holiday varieties. The candy cane, Peach & Lemon are reusable so you just run them under water for bubbles. The bubbles don't really last that long fyi. I have yet to find one that does anywhere. I can't wait to try the Snow Dragon as it has snow similar to pop rocks in it as it melts! The others such as Twilight are the usual for me. I also always get a creamy reusable bar to add moisture to the bath as I like to soak for an hour. Fyi Wish they sold cheese clothe for the bath balls that have seaweed, etc so it doesn't clog the drains. read more

The best customer service we've had compared to all other stores like Lush! Jess, Rose & Drew were all super helpful and provided excellent customer service. We walked in as a huge group and our teens were given facials while educating them on their products. They were all treated equally and took their time with each of them. Was super glad to find a Lush right next door to the Luxor. Lush got me out of a bind while I stayed at the Luxor Hotel. My husband needed some shaving cream and I needed some shower gel because the hotel soap for showering was like bathing with hard-water. I know the water in Vegas might not be that great but I'm 100% positive it was the ultra cheap guest soap. I needed something that would keep the moisture in my skin when I showered and thankfully Lush came to the rescue! I bought a shaving cream called Dirty for my husband that he highly enjoyed and I bought a small travel size of 'Honey I Washed the Kids' shower gel that was honey-based. And I must say it's one of the most amazing smelling shower gels I've ever used. I love it so much I can't wait to buy more! The customer service was out of this world amazing. The girls at the store were very attentive and helped me find what I needed immediately. The entire staff was professional and outgoing and made sure they were careful to follow their strict protocols on Covid which some people might appreciate. The ladies down at this Lush said they loved reviews and Sierra specifically told me to leave one so here's a review for y'all! Even though we have a couple of Lush stores in town, I always find myself popping into this location whenever I'm walking by. Sierra helped me on this trip and she was great. I was just popping in for the Sleepy lotion and she offered some great items to try such as the Deep Sleep shower gel and the Twilight body spray. They're not aiming to up-sell you but they want help you with whatever you might need. I really appreciated it! Do you need the most amazing scented items? No, of course not. But it's a real treat when you're stocking up on fizzy bath bombs and bubbly bubble bars to glam up a typical vanilla bath. Their skincare line is great too! Interested in using less plastic and creating less waste? Try their shampoo and conditioner bars. I feel so terrible for not catching her name but the sales person who helped me to find the Butter Bear bath bomb is THA BOMB!!! She not only greeted me but she didn't dilly dally when I let her know what I was looking for. Just after greeting me she asked if there were anything that she would be able to help me find. I told her that I was looking for a bath bomb, something without glitter, but also one that would be good for a shorter bath, not a 1+ hour long soak. She directed me to the butter bear bomb. It has cocoa butter in it and so it was super hydrating. I haven't had such a hydrating soak, maybe ever. I swear, because the water also smelled like the cocoa butter, I dang near wanted to drink it all. It smelled amazing and it was perfect for my almost one hour soak. Initially I hadn't planned on being in the tub for that long but I couldn't help it. That bath bomb was so perfect. I loved the water when it turned to a light lavender color too. This is our favorite location! Jess is so helpful and remembers us when we come in (every 2-3 months). She knows what we like, and recommends new products based on our previous purchases and favorites. She is never pushy but always there if we need something or have a question, and wraps our purchases so sweetly and caringly, it's like she's wrapping a present for us. We love coming here. We both live closer to other LUSH locations (Victoria Gardens and San Francisco) but we hold off until we get to the Luxor/Mandalay Bay shopping area on our Vegas visits because the experience is so wonderful here. This LUSH location has been newly remodeled and it looks amazing! Before entering, a lovely staff member will let you know the rules. Mask must cover your mouth and nose at all times, even when smelling items, wash your hands before touching anything, and don't open products. Only a few people are allowed in the store at a time. I brought five reusable pots back today and received my free fresh face mask (Don't Look at Me is my fav). I was able to snag all the shower gels and gift sets I was looking for, and they were even able to find some cloth face masks in the back that I had been searching for. And don't forget the samples! I was looking for a leave in conditioner and solid conditioner and the lovely ladies were able to give me some suggestions to try out. LUSH is pricy, but it's worth it. Huge fan of Lush and can't stop buying the bath bombs. Had a weird experience here last week where I picked out a Holly Golightly bomb and the store associate dropped the top lid (it's a super cute 2 piece bomb) and stuffed it in the bag as if I didn't see the crumbs on the floor. I politely asked her to exchange it for a newer one that wasn't chipped. No big deal really, just wished they were more considerate. Most of the times I found it helpful to go inside the stores and see the fizzies and soaps before buying products online. read more

Staff at this location was friendly but not obtrusive. The store was clean and well organized. Products were clearly labeled with prices and expiration dates. She was happy to provide us with samples of products that we were interested in trying but not ready to buy as well as provide personal suggestions as we requested them as well as more information about specific products. I purchased the blackberry bomb and milky bar - for my staycation @ The Delano. The Milky bar (bubbles) absolutely amazing, if you enjoy bubbles. Silicone free everything?! Yes, please! I have been using bar shampoo for awhile now since I found out I have an allergy to silicone. Since then, I've learned how horrible silicone is for your skin, hair, and body. I've also learned it is in EVERYTHING from cosmetics to hair care to even food! It's so nice to finally have a place I can go to get high quality products and have an advisor to help you find exactly what you want. The gentleman who helped me was patient and went through every label with me to find my allergens, because I'm also allergic to linalool and possibly argan oil. This is now my favorite place to shop on the strip! We were staying at the Luxor and this store is located at the Shoppes At Mandalay! The staff is so welcoming and Friendly! You'll love the fresh, pure , natural sweet and non toxic cosmetics from shampoo bars, massage bars, makeup, lip scrubs , body creams & more! I used to order them online from my aunt's friend who was a lush rep. On our vacation, I walked into the immediately from the delicious smells. I came to this store twice to buy more gifts for my friends and for myself. The kind woman that helped me, demonstrated the cute scrubbie soap bar by washing my hands & arms ....i loved how silky soft my arms were after the wash. My girl friend ordered me some products from Lush for my birthday last year. A few months later we're going to dinner in Mandalay Bay and low and behold they opened a store here! This isn't just another bath/beauty store this is Thee Bath and Beauty store. Our favorite is the Melting Marshmallow Bath Melt! The girls that work in here are very nice they'll show you how to use all the products, give you samples, make recommendations... it's a lot of fun to go in here. It's more expensive then I'd like (hence 4 stars and not 5) but I will admit no other bath place is quite the same. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Animal cruelty/testing free is the main reason, second reason being that their products leave your skin feeling so soft and glowy. We came here almost every day to get a new bath bomb and moisture bar for our spa. Each bomb smelled so amazing! The day before our last day we hit this place up and I was so happy to be treated to a free facial. I ended up getting the exfoliant wash as a sample since I didn't want to purchase that day and I got the face mask and the moisturizer. My face has never felt better! This is one of my most favorite stores on earth. My son is also a huge fan. We cane out Sunday for the "Build your own butterman ball" event. The kids got to learn how the bath bombs are made and each got to make their own to take home- for free! The staff is friendly and helpful and attentive. No one was left out. The event was a huge success. We spent time exploring the rest of the store, picking up some of our favorites. This shopper is always clean, well stocked and well trained, happy, knowledgeable staff. It's a high energy vibe and there is something for everyone. My personal favorites are Cuppa Joe (coffee grinds scrub), bubble bars- the most velvety luxurious bubbles you've ever felt, sea spray (your hair feels and smells like the beach) and gorgeous skin moisturizer. I tried some Lush massage oil products about 10 years ago at the Ala Moana, HI location and at the time I wasn't really educated about the products or company. I just thought it was new and trending at the time. I also felt like some of the products were really expensive. I was reintroduced to the brand and products here the Mandalay Bay Las Vegas, NV location. They had tons of different products besides their ever popular bath bombs. The staff are really good about telling you about the brand and each product- like what it contains, the main ingredient, the effects it will have on you and how to best use them. They really know their stuff! They are big on letting you try their products too. Pick them up, smell them, rub them on, wash them off, etc! Unfortunately, I'm not super eco-conscious/waste conscious as I'd like to be, but I'm working on it! So I really love that the brand offers waste-free/eco-friendly packaging and stands for sustainability. I learned that they consistently have new and innovative products, so I'll definitely be back. During this trip, I picked up some Aliens & Monsters Fun(suuuper cute) bath putty for my little guys- use it as soap, bubble bash, shampoo, overall bath time fun stuff. Haven't used it yet but they're looking forward to it. I got a small tub of Aqua Marine facial/body scrub, Ocean Salt facial/body scrub, a bar of Amazonian facial primer, and my awesome friend gifted me a Kombu undereye mask disk!! So far I've tried both scrubs and the primer, I am loving the results and the way my skin feels, and smells. I can see improvements in the texture of my skin and the way it glows too! I've only been using the products for 4 days now. The toner and shampoo are next on my list! read more

I have never been in the store, just so you know. My review is about ordering online and choosing the "same-day delivery" option. The package came from this store via DoorDash. So I ordered 2 scrubees and the charity pot body butter and paid the $10.00 for same-day delivery and then waited for my purchase to come. I was to get text messages to know the status of the package. And I waited.... and waited.... and waited.... til the store closed. No texts, no package. Did I waste $10.00? Well, the next day I called customer service and they checked the status of my order apparently I ordered after 1 pm which you have to order before 1 pm to get it the same day. My package was in progress and would likely be here around 4 pm. I was butt hurt for a minute about spending the extra 10 but I guess it was better than getting it in 7 days so I didn't rise cane. I did receive my package, before 4 pm even, and was pleasantly surprised - 2 free gifts of scrubs to go along with what I had purchased and boy did it smell delicious in the bag with all the smells of the scrubs and the scrubees. So worth the wait! And just a short plug for the scrubees - these little bumble bee soaps have ground almond shells for the scrubbing part and leaves the skin with a moisture barrier when done showering. I highly recommend it. I may do an update to the review once I try the charity pot. The next time I am in the area I am going to actually go in the store, especially if it smells like my package did :-) read more

What I love about Lush stores is that you smell it before you see it! And it's an amazing smell you encounter if you're a scent fanatic. I really wanted to have a nice decked out bath since I was taking some time away and staying at a nice room at the Bellagio, so I decided to indulge in one of my favorite brands. Lindsay saw me walking around smelling all the stuff here and she was super helpful and friendly. I described to her the scents I liked - especially Scrubee and It's Raining Men - and she helped pick out an awesome bubble bar that was unisex in smell and moisturizing - the Yog Nog Yule Log, and another unisex bath bomb - Golden Wonder. I had such a great experience here being helped by Lindsay, and being around the wonderfully overwhelming smells of this Lush store. Their customer service here is topnotch, all the Lush ladies are happy and really know a lot about their product. I also am a fan of their new dragmas line and their support of all people! Something to note: Las Vegas is supes dry since it is a desert, and after having amazingly long long baths in my Lush haul for consecutive days, my skin was pretty parched. So even though the bubble bar was moisturizing, it can't combat the effects of taking baths - dang it, science! So indulge within reason lol. I should have picked up some lotion while I was here too! I love the Snow Fairy conditioner scent and Soft Coeur. Would recommend? Yes! read more

During my stay at Mandalay Bay, I received a coupon for a free facial so I thought.. why not? Scheduling an appointment with them was fairly easy as they were quite flexible. Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately by a staff member offering to try out the samples of lotion bars. Now if you've never been here, everything is handmade from organic products. And they exude such a beautiful fragrance! (Well, most of them anyway.) The only con about that is, being that they are organic, they do expire faster than normal products. Think wisely when they ask you the amount you want to purchase! The employees are great with suggestions if you need advice on improving your skin. They were even nice enough to give me samples of the products they used on me! One thing that I thought was really neat is that the designer of that specific product will have their face on it! Ok, so since I have been here several times, I think a review should be in order. Now before you go on judging me, I come here only because I am accompanying my wife. You will never find me here all by my self. Great now that song is stuck in my head. "Don't wanna be........" I gotta admit, as you are walking by this place, you cant help but smell the nice aroma that is emitting from all their organic products. Once you enter you will find out that this is not your typical bar of soap type of place. My wife loves everything they have here and then some. Things like bath bombs, lip balms, skin balms, any type of balm you can think of they have. Should be called Lush Balm. LOL. Customer service is always excellent here. Sometimes I think the employees are required to take happy pills before starting their shift because they are always smiling and are very helpful. Coming from a guy that doesn't usually shop here, I think the 4 stars are generous on my part. Im sure my wife would give these guys 5 stars on her review. The only difference is that the items she gets usually comes out of my pocket and does tend to get a bit pricey sometimes. Absolutely love LUSH. I've been to this LUSH a couple of times and each time the staff is extremely helpful with what our bath needs are. A helpful staff member would suggest different lotions and scrubs that would best suit your skin type. This time around we opted for a bath bomb and a bubble bar. It is defiantly super difficult picking just one due to all the colorful eye catching products. Per the wonderful staffs suggestion we picked a sex bomb and a rose (I think) bubble bar. I feel like I ran out of the shop and ran into our suit to throw these suckers in our bath. I was so relaxed and came out feeling like silk! After eating at the Bar Burger at the Mandalay Bay, this place got my attention. Mainly because of the name and then the soap bombs just blew me away!!! I'm a Lush fan, are you? Different colors and designs, flowers, planets, cupcakes, lips, bows, and much much more! The smell of these things are great! I buy them and I leave them in my bathroom in a bowl, I collect them to make my bathroom smell lovely! Don't have the heart to use them, they are just neat looking and great!
