I'm a huge pedicure fan and found I LOVED their message techniques for my legs and feet. They used a wooden roller to get to the right places, which was heavenly. Incredibly upset at this place... I got a horrible acrylic done by another salon and came to Bellagio to try again. The way that man did the new set was horrible all of my nails lifting up and you can see a clear gap between my natural nail and the acrylic.... So I had to get them taken off. I couldn't even get a fill... because of their initial bad job... I went in asking is it possible to take it off and put a new set on next week because obviously they look like shit and there was a ton of dirt under my nails since they were put on incorrect. No explanation, not grinding them off men that I would have bending backwards nails that I can't work with. Both the women who spoke English well and the woman who didn't as well clearly ignored what I was saying and just wanted to see me in pain. I explained that I needed to have my nails done next week for a wedding.. they said that's fine and then by the end of taking my nails off I said wow my nails are extremely thin how am I gonna put another set on this and now the answer changed to I cannot get my nails done again until they are completely grown out in 3 to 6 months... LOL meanwhile, I also said that I work on a nursery and have to use my hands daily... if this woman was smarter or cared at all about her customers, she would understand and perhaps use one brain cell to tell me not to do this. I'm really disappointed with my first visit to Bellagio. The pedicure was amazing. The dip manicure was awful. I've been getting dip nails for 8+ years. I've watched the process. Tony rushed and did sloppy work. When wearing white I use white dip then a white gel top coat. (Paying for both). I explained I wanted 2 layers of the dip and then the top coat. Tony insisted I would be fine with one layer of "clear" dip. "No white". He talked to me dismissively. He didn't take time to shape the nail. His polish job and shaping looks amateur. So let me start off by saying it really hard for me to give a bad review. I really wanted to like this place. I've gone several times and unfortunately had the same outcome. I get dip on my natural nail with no tips. I work in an office so it's not hard on my hands. Each time I've gone to get my nails done it's on a Saturday. By Sunday at least one mail is chipped. While yes they will fix it, I'm charged if someone other than the original person does it. That's ridiculous. What if that person has the day off? I should not be paying. Very busy nail spa on the weekends. Not my go to nail salon due to price and location but they do a great job! Tina did a great job and very attentive to get the cuticles and dead skin. Also making sure I didn't have polish everywhere it didn't need to be. I hadn't had a manicure in awhile. They offer wine, water, or soda as well. I didn't like their chairs tho. No lumbar support like an airplane seat and I started to get back pain sitting there for mani and pedi. At my usual salon I usually get up after pedi to get my mani at the table. If I can recommend anything, add lumbar cushions to pedi chairs. I love the bamboo stick massage at the calves! read more

I had a really good pedicure but I got my nails done w a dip ombré and I hated the shape but I didn't want to complain bc it took so long but then within a day they cracked all the way down the middle like every single nail! I went back and they offered to fix them but I was on vacation and had limited time so I asked them to remove them and give me a gel manicure. Not only did they not offer a refund or at least the difference for my waste of time but I left and 2 hrs later the gel chipped off 2 nails! I wouldn't be writing this review if I paid $15-20, but this bad boy cost $42 I requested a dip nail soak/removal, trim & clear coat... at the last minute decided to make it a "manicure" since I did want them cleaned up a little. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The "manicure" portion was quick & sloppy. I left with globs of clear coat hanging off and misshapen nails -- guess I'll be doing my own filing at home to even things out The removal itself was $17 for the roughest technique I've had in a while to get dip off. The nails came out horrible, the nail person kept my hands dirty the whole time with the drill dust, and then I gave him a 25$ tip on top of paying 68$ for just to be kind because I felt bad me and my cousin came in at 6:30 so I made up for it by paying them a good tip.. I would think. I do not recommend this place! I recommend starlight nails. My cousin got her nails done there too and she said her nail tech made her bleed while getting her nails done. I had high hopes for this place after seeing pictures of their work online, but I was severely disappointed. I got an upgraded pedicure, & did not receive any services besides a massage, hot stones & a polish change. He did not clip or file my toenails, did not do any heel exfoliation or cuticle work. Which, it says is all included in the pedicure. Not to mention the water was freezing cold the whole time. My polish job was also sloppy. Then, for nails I wanted chrome french tips. The color I picked out was a pure chrome, & it was on the model nail as well, but on my nail it was just a sparkly silver. He also did a very sloppy job on my nails, & they're just ugly. The sparkle from the tips is all over my nail beds, they're uneven all over, & you can still see the outline on my nail beds from where my last set was grown out to. When going to checkout, I politely expressed that I wasn't happy with my services, & did not receive what I paid for. The lady continues to pull up the security cameras, claiming the footage she was showing me was him filing my toenails, when it in fact was not, it was him with the nail scraper going underneath my toenails. I told her this, & all she does is give me the run around, excuses & say that my tech said he did do all of those services, so all she can do is file them more for me if i'd like. I didn't even bring up how unhappy I was with my nails, because at that point it was clear she was not going to help me, & I had already been there for 2 hours. Extremely disappointed for $115. We waited until 12:04 when we were approached by an employee and then we were told we could not have our 12 o'clock any longer because apparently a new employee had scheduled 6 other people at 12 o'clock and so they had to take them before us. Nice atmosphere, but the walls and the service do not match. I was never offered wine, although there was plenty of it. It was awkward to ask, because you never know when the best time to enjoy a nice sip would be, without inconveniencing your technician. My nail service was perfect, but my toes... The service felt really nice, but rushed. The bamboo rollers were exciting because it was different but it made no actual difference in the service. I got gel polish twice on my toes here. The first time, my big toe chipped within the first week. I paid more for this pedicure than I ever have and I've never experienced chipping in gel polish. Disappointing. The second time, the technician put on my shoes and the gel stuck to my shoe. I had to have them redone, which was rushed, and they stuck to every sock since. The gel never dried properly and of course, it was expensive. I'd go to a less expensive shop for higher quality service, and sip your own wine at home. read more

My first visit was decent figured I'd go back but what a mistake.. I brought my mom to get a relaxing pedicure on a Sunday afternoon and it was such a mistake!!! If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. My friend and I made an appointment here and everything was extremely rushed and my nails look horrible. He cut my cuticles several times causing me to bleed. My nails are extremely uneven. And there is gel all over my hands. They were very unsanitary. He cut my cuticle, did not apply antiseptic and instead brushed oil directly onto my bleeding cuticles and returned the brush into the oil bottle. Went here because nail lounge was closed due to Hurricane. I asked for square tip...Got round with one coat of white for French, my cuticles were not pushed back on this hand (they were on the other one) and my cuticles were ripped instead of being nipped with sharp tool. My tech didn't understand me and I didn't understand him so....chipping after 3 Days too and I'm super careful using gloves to prevent it. I put another clear coat on because the buffer used was coarse and m nailed looked like they had a matte finish On a good note, my friend who went with me had chipping polish overnight after just sleeping and waking to flakes in her bed and flaking off all that day...she did go back and they repainted no charge. GOT TOENAIL FUNGUS Me and my grandma went here. I got a manicure and she got a pedicure. The manicurist I got didn't speak English, and was very rough and unfriendly. I ordered a drink, which they did not give me and we had to re order it, paying twice. Leaving the salon, we were disappointed. A few weeks later, my grandma discovered she had gotten a toe nail fungus there. She has to get her toe nail removed now. Obviously, they don't clean their equipment. I went to BELLAGIO with a friend. I called ahead and the man who works the front desk at BELLAGIO said there was no need they had availability. I drove to BELLAGIO IN UNDER 10 minutes. Everyone at BELLAGIO looked worn out from their dayThey took my friend first,no problem. I was not recognized for 20 minutes; by which time my friend Stacy was more than half done. Was she going to have to wait this long for me or were they going to rush my service and I would feel like hurrying the drying process and mess my nails in the car? I had nail polish on my hand from picking up a open bottle and they would not give me remover to take it off. My advice is don't take a friend. Worst customer service ever!!!!! I never write bad reviews, but this place has me heated! I come here all the time and this is the service that I get today. All I needed was to fix a couple of nails that broke and not get a full set and everyone looked confused on how to do it and when I tried to explain, nothing but attitude from both managers. If anyone has the number to their cooperate office please let me know. The one guy who was the manager should be fired because I know he was talking crap in a different language and didn't think I knew. I won't rest until I talk to their cooperate office!!!! Today was my second time visiting Bellagio and I am still blown away by the quality of the services! The sign in menu that is offered when you walk in is convenient for the technicians to provide perfect, swift service. I had a glass of delicious white zinfandel given to me upon sitting down on the comfy massage Hannah did an amazing job on my pedicure and acrylic set and I could not be happier! She was fast and detailed while applying the full set and she also took her time during the pedicure with the bamboo roller (which was awesome)!
