Walked in for a mani&pedi today and was HOPING I would not be disappointed with someone that was lazy and sloppy. Well all, I was so greatly impressed!!!! I am so hard to please, or maybe I just have had so many disappointing experiences that I was in complete shock by the professional, detailed and patient service I received today! Upon walking in, I was greeted by a very pleasant smile and asked politely what service could they provide for me. I mentioned just a mani and pedi. Vin (sp), took her time with me. She was very detailed and took her time to care for my cuticles, took her time with massages and the polish was carefully applied. We didn't talk much. Sometimes I just like to relax and enjoy my visit and that I did today. I didn't have to worry about getting cut or making sure my service was performed properly. Also appreciated the owner/manager making sure I was comfortable and offered me something to drink several times while making sure I was comfortable. I could tell by all the other customers were regulars and all acted like they had been long time friends. I would definitely go back when I'm back in town. One of the least great nail salons I've been to. The nail technician didn't seem to know what she was doing, I had to ask her twice to cut my toe nails short during the pedicure and she still only cut about half of the toenails slightly shorter, some nails she completely didn't cut. She also did a terrible job with the cuticles during a manicure, I opted for a clear coat on my nails and instantly regretted it, it all flaked off within a matter of hours and just looked messy. Just save yourself a trip. Extremely disappointed in every way possible. I just moved here and was going to get Gel X (been getting it for 3 years) in Las Vegas. She wasn't sizing my nail right. We were 30 mins in and she still wasn't sizing them right, so I asked just for simple black gel polish on my natural nail. I left looking like I had 2 week grow out and they weren't even fully painted. I still paid and tipped, but I will not be coming back. read more

I got gel nails and within 3 days they were chipping. By day 5 completely peeling off. A waste of money.

This place is outdated and the parking area has HUGE potholes. Now the inside smells like mothballs and the tools used appear to be unsanitized & old. The tech who worked on my nails complained the entire time. They do not offer beverages. Shut down and invest in your salon and FIX THAT PARKING LOT TEAR UP YOUR CUSTOMERS CARS WITH THOSE Quaitar POTHOLES. read more

I did have a bit of an issue with getting my pedicure, I believe the husband of the woman who owns the salon, had clipped a chunk of my skin off..didn't discount my pedicure or anything. Other than that he did an awesome job on my dip manicure. I do feel like the prices are a little higher. Other than that, this will be my new go to since they're open on Sunday. read more

It's been a while since I've had a pedicure and manicure for i decided to go last week for a pedicure and gel manicure. I Was pleased with the service and that I didn't have to make an appointment (which I guess is the new thing now...who knows) but as of yesterday my gel started to chip and now 2 nails have ZERO color. That being said..:disappointed with the quality of the products they use or how it was applied. Gel manicures should last at least 2 weeks. And especially with a $70 service...will not be going back. read more

Had never been here before, tried a new place. Got dip powder nails with extensions. All was well until after the dip and before the top coat. The nail tech started using the drimmel to smooth it down. She not only was smoothing down the nails, but also the skin around my nails. It was painful and I flinched at several points but they just kept telling me to relax. They left literal open wounds on the sides of my fingers. I've had this done accidentally before at a different place, but this ended up happening on 5 of my fingers! She did not even acknowledge that I was BLEEDING (on several fingers) as she finished up my nails. It continued to sting worse as she buffed them down and added top coat & used the LED light. The bleeding was very visible after I got them done, not acknowledged at the end once my nails were finished. Aside from that, I tried to call and schedule an appointment ahead of time, and I was told Sundays are strictly walk in days... it seemed as if they were speeding through my nails just to get to the next person. It now burns every time I wash my hands... the nails themselves look fine but I have 5 open wounds- just concerning. Posting this for awareness, just be careful if you decide to go here. read more

This is the place to go for beautiful nails! They listen to you and pay close attention to detail. I've checked out SEVERAL other places in Pensacola and this salon has by far the best service with reasonable prices. I'm a student on a budget and since I'm studying healthcare (and I'm a nail biter), I need short, natural-looking nails. Tim did a great job making my full acrylic set look real, making them short enough so I won't poke patients during exams, and the price isn't super high like some of the fancier places downtown. I've been to other places in Pensacola that don't trim cuticles before starting the fill, make nails way too thick to look natural, and don't offer any oil or lotion to moisturize afterwards. I was very happy with this nail salon. I came in because I wanted a previous manicure to be taken off. They were pretty busy and came to find out they were two nail techs short but they were handling every customer really nicely and I didn't see anyone rushing to be done or anything. I was able to just get a bowl to soak my hands in and work off the powder, the whole process took around an hour and a half since the powder was so thick. I kept changing my mind between wanting to do a gel manicure but after seeing how my nails were after getting everything off I decided to just leave them be but the gentleman I had was really patient. I decided to just get my nail cleaned up a bit and shaped and buffed and he did a really great job and I loved the hand warmers! I'll most definitely be coming back for another nail service. read more

On March 27, 2022 Signage says business closes at 5:00 I went in at 4:15pm to get a polish change and was told they were closed. I clearly saw 4 workers. I explained it was an emergency and ask if I could please be seen by anyone I chipped my polish and was in town for a funeral and needed a quick fix. The guy at the counter said no, we are closed there is no one here to help you.... Please don't visit this location. I went to Bellagio and was seen right away. This is the best nail salon in Pensacola! They are new and you can tell that they CARE about their clients! They offer you a beverage when you come in, and are the most personable techs I have ever met! I see Be and she is amazing and SO TALENTED!! She makes me feel very uncomfortable - it's never awkward even if I feel like being quiet! She is the best nail tech that has ever worked on me. I was looking for a new nail salon after the owners of the place I had been using sold and I wasn't happy with the new owners. I have been there every other Friday for last 6 weeks and Paul has done my pedicure every time. The place is very clean and they get me right in every visit. All their implements are either new or freshly sanitized, which is very important to me!Their massage chairs are wonderful. They did my eyebrows once and did a great job on that as well.
