I cannot thank LV Nail Salon enough for the most perfect manicure I've ever had, and giving my mom the perfect set for her wedding day! Both of our nail techs were so personable and detailed in their work. We had tried out another salon in the area that left my mom's nails damaged, but that didn't stop this salon from making sure that she would feel beautiful on her special day. Thought I found a new nail salon but unfortunately not. When I walked in the first time to make an appointment, I asked what the price would be. Lin told me $55 for my nails. I went 2x and that was the charge. Yesterday I went for the 3rd time and they bumped the price to $70! I asked why and they said they gave me a break the first few times to see if I liked them. What a ridiculous response. I tried to reason but Lee just kept repeating my service was the higher price. Although they do a nice job and are friendly, I haven't experienced that kind of deception at a nail salon, ever. Ver unprofessional. I spend over $250/month on my hands & feet. I guess it was worth it to them to bait and switch me but lose a loyal customer. Not a good look for a business, especially in this economy. Beware here. read more

The best of the best! The husband and wife team are courteous, friendly and professional. I am a perfectionist and found my perfect nail salon a few years ago. Just call and make an appointment at least one week in advance. I have seen them turn away walk-ins because they are so busy. I have gel nails on for 3 weeks and they still look great! Get a pedicure for the best massage ever!!! Both are very good and really take pride in their work. You will meet other patrons and after a while get to know the regulars. I look forward to every appointment. Next door, is a wonderful French bakery with a lunch menu. One late afternoon, the bakery owner comes in with French almond horn pastries for all of us. I booked an appointment for me and my sister at 9am on Monday morning and when we arrived the salon was closed and the doors were locked. We tried calling and no one answered. We were really disappointed because of all of the fantastic reviews! I feel guilty leaving such a bad review, but I received a text after our appointment asking us to rate our experience and thanking us for coming to the salon which leads me to believe they were unaware of the problem. Maybe next time will be a better experience! Luckily, we were able to walk-in at a nearby salon and they did a great job. read more

Got acrylics for the first time in years so I was a bit nervous but I am extremely happy with how they turned out and the people were so friendly. I called ahead to see if they could squeeze me in before closing. They were able to see me for a mani & pedi. She took her time to ensure I was happy & my nails were perfect. I had a great first experience here today. The staff made me feel very welcome. They were running a few minutes behind but let me know right away and apologized for my wait, which was brief. I just moved to this area and absolutely loved my experience at this salon. They took such good care of me. My pedicure is perfect. I am in love with my color. The massage was fabulous. 5 stars for him and 5 for her. What an amazing experience I had getting my nails done! I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years and really cannot say enought about the husband and wife team. They really care about the service they provide and YOU , the client. They want you to come back. I lost track of how many times he kept asking how I wanted my nails and was such a perfectionist. I frequently get my nails done in various locations since I travel, and this is hands down the best I've been to, no pun intended! For every reason it is the best place to go. The price is very reasonable, they are very attentive to detail and to making you comfortable, you are in and out within the hour (mani and pedi), and such great conversation. Horrible Owner Manager ! Didnt evan greet me at all. Shes a controlling person. Charged me $41 to have my toes cleaned up and rub a few dry spots on bottom of feet and set hot towel on my legs. Anda slight brow clean up. Plus, had me wait 30 mins in chair and kept repeating herself not to put feet in and theyll be with you in a minute. Who treats Customers like this? Wonderful pedicure experience in a small, family owned establishment. Every employee was incredibly nice and greeted us, chatted with us, and thanked us for coming when we left. Lily did a fantastic job with our toenails and was very very nice!! My mother-in-law and I picked this establishment based on Yelp reviews and made the 20 minute drive when we found that most nail salons near where we are staying had 2 stars or less. It was definitely worth the drive... we were not disappointed!! We will definitely be back next time we vacation here! read more

Excellent customer service and prices. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by multiple employees. They checked their appointment book to ensure I would have enough time to get a pedicure and allowed me to choose a color. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was offered a drink along with my pedicure. You can tell all of the employees are very happy to be there and overall it was my first time not feeling awkward while getting a pedicure. I found my new spot for pedicures! read more

Then the gentleman who did my gel manicure was nice but sloppy. A day later it started chipping off. A year later I decided to try again. $141 for a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady actually took phone calls during the pedicure and couldn't have looked more bored. We could barely communicate. The kicker was when she sawed so hard into my finger it bled and cracked. The difference between this and the old ownership is astounding. I used to love it but now I won't go back. Also, I emailed them twice about the injury and just to give them feedback and they didn't even bother to respond.

I just want people to know that I am extremely picky about my nails. 90% of the time I walk out of the salon negative 50$-100$ and disappointed, but I rarely say anything I just walk out to my car, cry and say "never going back there!". Lol So with that said... I got my nails done at lv nails yesterday and it was wonderful. I told him as soon as I sat down, I have been to every nail salon from here to university and I have yet to find a nail salon in this town worth returning to. He said he will make sure he does his best and hopefully I will be happy with his work. He really pays close attention to what he's doing and pays close attention to detail. (Thank god!) He really listens and cares about what I wanted my nails to look like. He took his time and asked plenty of questions to make sure that I was satisfied with my nails. Normally when you go to a salon, if you tell them what you want, they get all snappy and just do what they want and whatever is faster anyways. But overall this salon is wonderful, the guy Lynn who did my nails is great and a very nice guy. My nails turned out amazing and I am super happy with them! Thank god I found a normal nail salon in Sarasota. I thought I was running out of places to go, thankfully I found LV nails. read more

This salon is Amazing !!! Clean, thorough, hygienic, amazing manicure/pedicures. Take their time. Super super clean. Only 1 client at a time. Tells you if you need a 'polish rest' to increase nail health !!! Less $ in their pockets but they don't care....they want their clients HEALTHY. In this day and age when everyone is chasing a buck, this salon cares about me !!! I will Never go anywhere else! **Make an appointment. ..they won't 'squeeze' clients in. I'm from Chicago and pretty particular about my nail services. I searched nail salons with excellent reviews and found LV Nails. Appointment only during COVID. Service was prompt and excellent. Lin did a full set for me, listened and delivered on all of my requests. Le did my pedicure and it was fabulous. Highly recommend this salon!! read more

This is a very pleasant and relaxing salon, the prices are great and I feel like I got star treatment. I appreciate little extras such as disposable paper on the waxing table so I'm not laying down on someone else's pillow. Will definately return for another pedicure and brows. read more

My reinforced -with-an-acrylic-top natural nails last FIVE weeks, NEVER suffered any MOLD anywhere, NEVER CRACKED off painfully. in almost 5 years working with him! So you save money and pain! His hands are swift exacting and his keen eye and 25 years of experience allow him to work SUPER FAST. Every stroke, application , file movement is done perfectly with his experienced measuring eye- - no wasted motions at all. Incredible to watch. He uses an antifungal topical treatment too plus fine sands the underside of your nails thoroughly. They offer excellent colors in gell and non gell polishes. MANY COLORS are on work station shelves and in a large cupboard so tell him what you are looking for if you don't see it on the wall display. Twice a year I go back to Minnesota for 4 week trips to unpack / sort/ whittle down huge storage units filled with packed boxes of our belongings. My nails survive this hard work perfectly - - never falling/ cracking off! Anh's wife and a Hispanic lady also do pedicures manicures. I always use Anh for my nails. The two ladies that were in before me were still getting their massage done while he was doing my polish already. I didn't get the cheap pedicure but it sure felt like that's what he gave me. My manicure was also not great, had to ask another girl to take out the dirt under my nails after he was done. The shape of my nails also didn't match. Very disappointing. I got a gel pedicure and a manicure and I was out before an hour.. I'll be back but I won't have him do it.
