Superheroes! Our washing machine had been down for over a week. The first mechanic told us it was a hose issue and charged us $400 -- only for us to later discover it was actually a leak from the valve. We thought we were hearing dripping behind the wall near bathroom faucets. Jesse and Star came out and after checking things out they said it was the water pipes that go through holes in a 2x4 expanding and constricting--normal. No water damage anywhere. Noa arrived early the next morning and successfully re-lit the pilot. However, he discovered another issue -- the burner screen was damaged and could pose a fire hazard.
