Cherie was beyond exceptional, providing two different quotes for different units so I could compare them side-by-side. She provided exactly what I needed with no up-selling involved-she truly won my trust by anticipating my needs. The detailed quotes were built by Martin, who did an incredible job outlining the specifics of the project. I conducting bids and finalizing the necessary electrical work for the overall project- which finally allowed me to move forward with the installation. When I reached back out to Cherie, I mentioned that another company had quoted slightly less for one of the units she had provided me with-Immediately, she explored and granted a price match. That gesture of honesty and flexibility ensured me that I had made the right choice. During installation day, Martin showed up on time during the provided window. He was eager to get the unit installed and get our hot water back up and running. He worked nonstop to finalize the job, and I really appreciate the extra effort he put by making the necessary changes I needed to have a successful installation. Martin did an amazing job specifically working in the crawl space- to ensure optimization for the unit's performance. Not to mention; Martin answered all of our questions and showed us exactly how to adjust the temperature and provided maintenance information. I suspected our toilet needed a new wax ring, so I used the Yelp assistant to find a local plumber. Cherie reached out quickly and was very responsive in messages. I was able to easily schedule an appointment with her at a convenient time. Jose was on time, friendly and professional. He talked through what he was going to do and was able to get the job done quickly. He showed me the before and after photos of the wax seal, provided some instruction on letting the caulking set and informed me about the service warranty. Jose was also very mindful of our two free roam bunnies as he was doing work in the bathroom and going in and out of the front door. The quote Cherie provided was very reasonable and the cost of the service was on target, as there were no other issues discovered with our toilet. Sometimes finding and hiring a contractor can be intimidating, so I appreciated the transparency and high level customer service. I followed these plumbers to their new business, Twin Pines, because they always did a fantastic job at their previous company. So of course they were my first call when I needed a new toilet installed. I called on Friday and they came out the same day to take a look. I let them know what toilet I wanted and they checked with their supplier. On Monday they sent me the quote, with materials even cheaper than I could have gotten them, and said they were available to come out that same day to install! Needless to say, they did a great job! The service we received was stellar! if I could give more than five stars, I would. We called Twin Pines for a clogged double kitchen sink. They came the same day, within two hours of us calling, working around our schedule to accommodate us. Amazingly friendly, both on the phone and in person, every detail of the job was explained to us. And I cannot say enough about the value for the service we received. The price was precisely what we were quoted and they even addressed three additional issues in our children's bathroom at a "parts only" cost. Moreover, they were uninterested in charging us for extra work that we didn't need, a rare quality in a profession. No extra parts or labor cost run-up, even showing me work I could do by myself to avoid future costs! And their work is guaranteed, so we don't have to worry about it falling apart in two days and having to repay for an additional plumbing visit. We were so impressed by the level of the professionalism, and the attention to detail that we will definitely use Twin Pines as our service going forward.
