Went here to get a pedicure with my fiancé. My toes turned out really great, and my guy Hiep was very good, but because of Donna the service overall was not great. Donna was trying to upcharge us and when we would say no thank you she would give us a rude look and roll her eyes. She rushed through my fiancés pedicure and was visibly annoyed the whole time. When we asked to tip each of our people separately, she refused and made us tip on the same charge, so that she could split it. Wow... BUYER BEWARE! It looks like I'm not the first bad review and assuming I won't be the last. Made reservations for a girls day with the family to get our nails done and was fairly disappointed. I was the only one who asked to get gel so they told everyone else to pick a color off of the wall. Sat us down in the chairs and started small talk... she asked me if my mom was going to pay. I'm assuming she asked because I didn't want to upgrade my pedicure when she kept pushing. And charged an extra $20 for gel! I didn't even get full color, I got French tip so there was barely paint even used and Lily did an awful job on the French tip. Overflowed the water onto the floor that got onto my shoes and aunts purse. Didn't cut my nails, filled them crooked, and sloppy tips. None of this to mention the experience the rest of my family had. Just an awful job overall. Do not waste your time or money here, they obviously don't know what they are doing or blatantly just don't care. Either way save your money. read more

I love this place, they are usually quick and resonably priced. Twice I have gone in a had Trang do my nails. This tech is RIDICULOUS. Her up charges are uncalled for. Full set usually around $52-60. $5 extra for take off $10 for nail art, I did not get nail art. $10 for coffin shape, $5 for merchant fee. Both times. I will not let her do my nails again. When you up charge like that it affects your tip. Instead of 20% you get 4%. I dont even feel bad. It took her 1 hour 15 minutes. Usually 40 minutes top. read more

I've always had a pretty good experience here, nothing bad compared to most of the reviews I've just read. The last time I went though will probably be my last. There were ants crawling on the floor by the pedicure chairs so I didn't want to put my purse down. The pedicure was good but expensive (as others have noted, it is $20 for gel polish). I also wanted to get my gel-x nails filled and I had to wait 25 minutes after my pedicure was finished to start my nails. One nail had lifted a little and instead of just removing it and filling the rest, the tech wanted to do a whole new set. So we did that which added a lot of time to remove them all and redo them, and I had to pick up my toddler, so I couldn't stay any longer and wasn't able to do the design I had initially wanted and just got a plain color instead. I do my own gel-x most of the time and could have done this myself, I had just wanted to have some nice art done. So I don't dislike this place, but if I can go somewhere else instead, I prefer to! read more

My 17 year old daughter went in yesterday to get her nails done and was sexually harassed by a worker there. His name is Harry and he first off insulted her appearance making her feel terrible as a girl that's already somewhat insecure about her appearance, then switched to lavish inappropriate compliments and finally after he could tell she was upset said " instead of your emotions going up and down why don't you go down on me?" This man is like 30 years old and married with children speaking to a teenage girl this way. I find it totally unacceptable and I will be filing a report on this Monday. read more

I came here with a friend yesterday. The lady that did my pedicure was horrible. I gave her two color options for my toes that I wanted and she said they didn't have either. I then gave her a third option I wanted and she came back with a color but didn't show it to me to confirm. As she painted it on my toes, it wasn't even the color I asked for. She didn't speak very good English so I couldn't even tell her. She also dug out my nails so deep from the sides of my toes that my toe is a little swollen this morning and so sore! They also charge a $20 fee for just gel... I don't recommend this place as I've had nothing but bad customer service from the employees! It's also so overpriced. A $70 pedicure for them to hurt you and not even give you a massage. I wish I could give zero stars. It was horrible and always is when I go. read more

Nina did my nails and did a wonderful job! She took off my previous dip powder nails, redid, filed and added a design in under an hour. The color I wanted was out of stock but she was able to help me find a similar color that I still loved. The woman at the front desk is so incredibly rude, she is also the one that answers the phone when you call for an appointment. She's so condescending and acts like she doesn't have time to interact with guests when it is quite literally her job to run the front of the house. I went in with my little girls yesterday for a pedicure. They rushed my little girls into finding a color, ushered them into chairs and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I explained that I wanted the girls to have a kiddie pedicure and I proceeded to get one as well. The lady was digging into my toes and I told her it hurt and to please stop and she said, "just a little bit more" and I said so it hurts please stop. She kept digging and I finally had to get pretty loud. They painted my girls nails and shoved their bills in my face as my fingernails were also being done. Not sure how they wanted to grab the bills when my hands were being worked on so they dropped them in my lap and rushed off. WTF? It was so unpleasant. The atmosphere was not relaxing and enjoyable whatsoever. I stopped my pedicure half way through and stopped my nails from being done and went to pay. They charged me $41 per kiddo and charged me $55. All they did was paint my girls toes and fingers and cut my toe nails and painted them and and took my old fingernails off and charged me $55. Today I woke up to a infected toe and I can hardly walk. I've been soaking it all day. It's the toe I begged her to stop digging into. Coming from the hot desert air in Western Colorado into LV Spa and Nails was like walking into a beautiful spa in Florence, Italy. The spa was clean, bright, and pretty with white columns, green plants, and blue ceilings. They have close to 30 pedicure chairs! Holy cow! They have a separate manicure section which is just as big. I was a walk-in and got right in, despite them being busy. I had a Classic Pedicure. Sam, my technician, was warm and quiet, but never did I feel judged. I mean, come on! You know it's got to be gross to scrap callouses and yucky feet!!! After soaking and trimming my nails, I had a good 15-20 minute massage of lower legs with lotion and oil. The manicure was meticulous and well done. Sam gave me the files she used to take home. I'll be back! read more

This was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. 25 min. From beginning to end, including standing in line to pay. They were rushed, and we were on an assembly line. They wanted us in and and out. Soaked my feet for 2 min, filled and trimmed my nails in another 2 min. Toes were painted in 4 min. Slapped some scrub on and rinsed in 2 min. Then, rubbed lotion on legs for 4 min each leg. Didn't do hot towel treatment. Used 1 hot towel to wipe lotion off legs, and didn't leave it on to relax muscles. Slapped my shoes back on, pulled my pants' leg back down, and threw my bill at me. It was not relaxing at all. I felt like I was a number, and they want money and try to add extras, and if you say no, they do less. I felt like I threw 70$ in the trash can. Not relaxing but stressful because we were rushed for 70$, you think I would have got a massage worth while and hot towel treatment at the end. My 9 year old niece would have done better I feel. read more

Was looking to get a gel pedicure, picked the one I wanted, but she kept suggesting "additional" add in's. It irritates me as I know how much I want to spend and know the add one are just aesthetic and don't really do anything for you. She wasn't super prepared... here LED light ran out of juice halfway through. They offer a large number of color choices, but very few in colors I would consider "classy". 3 times I asked my pedicurist to apply more pressure during the foot massage.....which didn't happen. She massaged my right leg 10 minutes and my left leg 2 minutes. When I mentioned that my feet were still rough, I was told that's as good as they can do, even though she only used the callus grater on me not the smoothing file. I came in for my first and last pedicure at this salon. It just wasn't good. The chair that they told me to sit in, already had water filled. I'm not sure how long the water was sitting, but it was not warm. But she did not push back or trim my cuticle, or pay attention to my nails other trim the toenails. The massage was odd; she only massaged my toes and my calves, Not my foot. I used to really enjoy coming in to get manicures and pedicures here but not so much anymore. It feels like they try and get you in and out of their salon as quickly as they can and the quality of the work isn't important. The last two times I came here I left with polish missing at the base and edges of my nails and dead skin hanging off my cuticles. The prices are fair if the work was done considerately, but when you have to go home and fix things right after you've left the salon it's difficult to justify. I rarely get manicures and pedicures anymore so I was really disappointed today when I decided to go with the quality of service. It is also bothersome that the person who is providing your service typically doesn't look at you or what they're doing while they're doing it, or engage you for that matter...with the exception of painting. I waited almost 30 minutes, even though I had an appointment. The man did my nails quickly however, he didn't do a very good job. They are thin and started breaking at the edges within 24 hours. The salon was not very clean, the containers that they carried their tools around in was black with dirt, the man that did my nails had skin peeling off of his thumbs. I am writing this review on my husbands yelp account. Yesterday I went in for a pedicure with my daughter. My daughter had a sweet lady do her pedi. I was not so lucky. The woman doing my pedi was rude and ignorant toward me. She was very rude when I said my daughter would only be getting her toenails painted. She said (to the other manicurist) take her feet out of the water, she couldn't soak her feet bc that was full charge for a pedi. (Are you kidding me?!?) She yielded to let her soak her feet since I was having her nails and toenails painted and I would be charged $25. (A reg pedi is $30) If it weren't for my daughter so excited to get a pedi I would've walked out. She was also perturbed when I said I only wanted a basic pedi. When I checked out, I saw on my ticket that she charged me $5 to put a flower on my toe (I guess that's my bad...I should have asked "how much?" when she said she could do it, as if it was no big deal.) And an extra $2 to scrub my heels?!? WTF?! Isn't that just supposed to be part of a pedi?!? Like the whole reason for it?? And she didn't even do it properly-my heels look the same and she grated the back of my ankle from doing it so mindlessly. She was on the phone while she continued to scrub and massage my feet with one hand. Man they really nickel and dime you. Or maybe it's just her?? The lady that did my daughter's actually did flowers on her toes as well and gave her a massage with lotion (which I knew wasn't part of it) but didn't charge me extra. I gave her a tip...that I felt she earned. However I did not tip my gal. The manager of this nail spa should have this woman evaluated on her spa etiquette, technique and customer service!!! I would know...I've been in the industry for almost 10 years as a master esthetician and esthetician instructor...I know how to give a good pedi. And even if a person doesn't have that talent...quality customer service will always take the cake no matter what. THAT is something this woman DID NOT HAVE. I would not recommend this place. I got a gel mani here and initially it looked fine. 3 days into it, it started peeling off because the girl painted over my cuticles and as the nail grew it left a gap for moisture to get in, I was out of town so I went back on day 5 or 6 showing them what happened and asked to fix them. For some reason there was a lot of drama about this among themselves, several calls to someone, and asking me repeatedly about my first visit and details of it ever after I explained to them. They finally re-did my nails and it was much better, but the guy who ended up redoing it had major attitude because I asked him not to use the nail drill but to file my nails instead (which they should do to begin with), a lot of cheaper places use the drill to save time. At the end when he was done there was nothing like "sorry about the 1st time" or anything like that, he just got up and left. First of all, it was time consuming for me to go back, 2nd when I pay $41 for a mani and $7 in tip I want it to be done right. I wasn't going to write this but the way I was treated today was uncalled for!!! On 8/6/22 my husband and I walked in to get a pedicure. After paying $127 plus tip for both nail techs we left. Shortly after my husband told me he felt a burning, itchy sensation on his legs. We did not think anything of it and left it as that. Next morning he had bumps, redness and what look like small blisters on his legs. We figured maybe it was allergic reaction and it will go away. Monday comes and it got way worse and I became concerned since it had spread all over his legs. He made a trip to urgent care just to make sure it was nothing serious. The doctor told him he had a BACTERIAL INFECTION and that it needed to be treated right away!!!! They gave him the antibiotic (cephalexin 500mg) and let him know that if it continues to worsen go to the ED !!! After getting the news I call the salon and the nail tech that answered the phone let me know the manager was gone and the owner and told me to call tomorrow. Today 8/9/22 I went in with both my kids and asked to speak to a manager once the manager approached me I told her what had happened and she told me it was not true and that they are very cautious and sanitary and that I am basically a liar! After showing the discharge paper work from urgent care and pictures and the medicine they prescribed him. She spoke Chinese or Korean not quite sure to the other techs and than took out her phone and told me to talk to the owner! The manager also had me show her a picture of my husband and asked me were we sat and I told her you did his pedicure and went silent and handed her phone to me! The phone call with the owner was very unpleasant basically she told me exactly! "what is it that you want!" after explaining the situation she let me know SHE IS A DOCTOR and there is no way my husband got a bacterial infection at her nail salon! and that if I am going to sue to have all paper work to give to her so her legal team and team of doctors she works with and insurance company can look everything over! She never once apologized she was more worried if I was going to take legal action against her and her salon!!!! She agreed to refund back the $127 dollars after the conversation and refused to take any accountability for her team!! That was rude, and talk in a different language, yell and act very unprofessional! After handing over the phone to the manager she told me she was only going to refund half and I was like no your owner agreed to full refund thats the least they could do and apologize! The manager spoke once again in a different language to her boss gave me a dirty look and tried to be sneaky and TOOK A PICTURE of me on her phone and than told me she had me on camera from Saturday that she knew we came in which was super irrelevant! Of course we where there that is the reason we are in this situation! I did not have the debit card with me so I had to come back at a later time. I came back around 6:30 to not be greeted by anyone when I walked in! The techs were giving me a dirty looks and speaking in different language and one nail tech after a few minutes came up to me because other people were walking in , I told her what I was there for my refund and she just walked away did not say one word to me and started yelling in a different language!!! After 10 mins or so the manager asked me to show her receipt grabbed my debit card after that she did not speak one word to me had me sign and walked away!! LV spa & nails is the worst nail salon I have ever been to ! I did not go with my husband to get pedicures with the intend for that to happen to us and the way the OWNER & The so called manager dealt with this I still can't believe! LV don't bother responding back! Your nail salon is horrible and tell you nail techs to be more cautious and instead of taking their gloves off and answering their personal phones while there working on clients! and be more sanitary! I visit this location often for pedicures and acrylics. My daughter and I went in last week for both services. They got us right in and were friendly (pedicures). The problem with the pedicures was the rushed job, and the lack of massage. There was zero pressure used for the "massage" portion. I paid for a deluxe, and there was nothing deluxe about it. Next we went to the nail section for acrylics. The person doing my nails was irritated that my daughter and I wanted to sit together (there was plenty of open space). She did not listen to me when I said I wanted my nails short. I had to repeat multiple times, and she was irritated. She also argued with me when I said my nails were sticky. Me and my friend always love coming here for manicure and pedicure. The only thing we found a little irritating is the language barrier. We have to tell and explain to them how we like our nails done like 2-3 times or they won't get them done correctly.
