Got a speeding tic en route to Vegas. He got it dismissed with $199 fine. Their website never worked so I couldn't pay after several attempts over 3-4 weeks. I could've sent in a check/MO but life was rough, so I never made it to a bank or MO house. Got a WARRANT and a fee for nearly $500. He stepped in again, for a fee of $100, had the warrant removed and dismissed with fine of $238. Ashamed to say this was my second ticket in 3 years, but happy to say I used LV Traffic Ticket Guy both times. First case I ended up paying the same as the original fine, but for the $50 I paid I did not have to go to court and waste a day dealinlg with this, nor did I have to attend traffic school, and I got 0 points and a non moving violation and could pay the fine over the phone. I appreciate their work, however they didn't make it to help much for my ticket. It was an expired registration w/ unsafe lane change. I renewed my registration the next day, usually it should be dismissed after I submit the proof. My fine was close to $400 if I don't want any points deducted or traffic school. After they took care of it, expired registration was dismissed, but the amount didn't change, and I ended up paying $400 plus $50 more to the lawyer. Of course it did save some time for me. Was pulled over by a motorcycle officer who was holding a radar gun by Sunrise Hospital who said he saw me talking on a cell phone. This is a local scam designed to illegally extort money from citizens. I have dark tinted windows and am not a phone-y person (if I want to be on the internet etc. that's what the desktop is for. However, I am very glad they do write people up for this offense who actually ARE committing this crime) None the less, it was my 1st ticket ever after driving over 50 years. I asked if they were just trying to get each officer to get in a high quota of tickets and he laughed and said, "they just told me to go write tickets, I'd much rather be investigating accidents and I can't admit to quota but can say I am working on my performance report". Long story short, once the police write you up it is very unlikely they will pull the ticket even if you didn't commit the alleged crime and it was a major screw up on their part. So in my eyes, I would rather support the LV Traffic Ticket Guy than I would the alternative and have to go to court and likely still have the judge demand some type of restitution. I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to do so. I was finally done with my finals and I was exhausted from working many difficult shifts at the hospital. After getting some good rest, what do I get? I got pulled over for running 67 on a 65 speed limit (the cop even admitted he was running at 67)! He also wrote me up for failure to yield to emergency vehicle (I was on the left side on a 5 lane road, so I pulled over to the left shoulder... Got a ticket when attending the CES with two charges. Searched the Yelp and found "LV Traffic Ticket Guy" since I live in NC. Made a 3 min call and talked to a very nice lady to make sure they could help on the case. Felt much better after the call although she did not over promissed me but told me what they would do and what should be the possible outcome. filled in a very simple form on their website and uploaded the scanned ticket and driver lisense images. 10 days later I was updated (by email) that the date they would represent me to talk to the court. Right at the night of the court date they updated me again that: (1) one charge was dismissed (2) One charge was changed to a non moving violation with no points and the fine was reduced to about 35% of the original. LV Traffic Ticket Guy was able to reduce my speeding fine down to a non-moving violation for a flat fee. I still had a fine that I was responsible for, but it was less (not much) than what I would have had to pay. It was easy to upload the ticket and provide the information needed (this could be done through my smart phone). It was a bit of an unpersonal experience as I never spoke to an actual person throughout the entire process and I did have some questions, but I supposed I could have tried harder to reach out to their office. Attorney Maridon is amazing! I received a ticket for expired plates & texting. I was sitting at a red light, picked up my phone to check the address of my destination & was pulled over. Officer basically advised I can't touch my phone at all while in the driver's seat. I also didn't receive the notice for my registration renewal due to the DMV not updating my address, even though I filled out their form. Officer sited me, but actually suggested I fight it because he thought I could get the charges dropped. So, I searched online for an attorney for several days, looked at sites, read reviews, etc. I Initially I called LV Ticket Attorney because they had several reviews & their ad online showed a $30 fee. I spoke to the receptionist who was very rude. She advised it was a $100 fee. I asked about what to expect...can charges be dropped, fees reduced, etc. The receptionist told me that they won't fight the charges for me, but will try to keep me out of traffic school. Any fees on the ticket apply. She advised YOU can fight the charges if you want, but it's usually too time consuming, so WE don't do it. Umm, okay so I'm paying $100 for what?? I then turned to LV Traffic Tickey Guy because he too had great reviews. I called & left a message stating my case & asking if they could help. I immediately got a call back from Attorney Maridon himself. He advised that it would be no problem to get the charges dropped for my registration as long as I can show it is current now. He also thought he could get the charges for texting at least reduced. Attorney Maridon was realistic with me, helpful, & informative. To say the least I was relieved he was so willing to help.
