Nowadays smallest things are sometimes impossible to ask of people without getting declined and it was nice to hear not to rush while driving on the freeway to pick up an important document that was time sensitive. I needed two notary signatures / seals for a Durable Power of Attorney document, and a Medical Power of Attorney document and Sam was able to do both without any issues or hiccups. When she was finished, I asked for multiple business cards of hers so I could refer future friends and colleagues in need of a notary to her in the future. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again.
