Our arrival was met with multiple groups of people already waiting to be helped. Don't let this discourage you, the staff works pretty quickly. Depending on how intricate the order is, the wait may be longer but I appreciate the staff not rushing customers. My advice is coming in with some screenshots of what you are in need of. The employees will give their own recommendations and adjustments that would ensure a beautifully made product. Cost is pricey but fair! Project can typically done within a day or so. These guys work quickly!! 5/5 stars. Our tees came out great and our whole group coordinated well for our Universal trip. The star details on the design were left out but the finished product was still very pretty. RANDOM TIP: I find handwashing our tees adds longevity to the print.

It's not like the $250 ones they sell that are probably better but this is more suitable for me as I only go to about 2-3 games a year.

I felt like a huge inconvenience and received zero direction or suggestions for the small piece I brought in and the stitching ended up being put in a not ideal place which I would have loved someone to walk through with me for better placement. I asked about my larger project and also received less than zero help with that and felt like I was so annoying for even asking about it. I'm sad because it's a small town shop -potentially family owned but the vibe was really really off and just not friendly. I will not be going back for my large order and will have to find another option. Not sure what's going on in this place but I hope they read the reviews and understand that people want a good experience with staff and that we want to have fun and get more help when doing personal projects. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

He told me to bring my driver cap in so they could take a look and see what they could do. I came to the shop with the driver cap that I had purchased on Amazon and the owner Edgar said they would be able to do it for which I was excited about and for a good price. I'm so glad I was found Graphic Affect to help me out. Edgar provided his recommendations on the font, color, and design to make the names show up nicely. I had 10 caps that I needed emobrodiered within a week of my wedding. Edgar and his team were able to get the embroidery done just in time for the wedding! Highly recommend! The storefront is a bit confusing to find if you haven't been before because their suite is located inside an office area. You have to pass a set of glass doors and then turn a corner to get to their shop. If the door is closed, just call the number on the door and they'll let you in. When I dropped off my tops, I talked to an employee who noted down my design and information. I ended up paying $15 per top which I believe is quite reasonable. Their turnaround was really fast too; both of my items were ready for pick-up 2 days later. I initially contacted them via email regarding their services and overall their communication is quick and clear. Sherry and her team are very swift and kind. She told about how her shop supports individuals with special needs which I think is great. Would highly recommend!
