My husband asked me to draw a t-shirt design for his startup group project. All I had to do was find someone to print the shirts. I called two other competitors and one was very rude (i.e. Do you have the finished graphic?No.Call me when you do.). The other person was so flaky and unprofessional, I called him twice and he never called me back. I was so frustrated and decided to look at another choice. I found SilkScreen on Yelp and contacted Tony about my project. I will admit that I was slightly skeptical about all the rave reviews, was it too good to be true? No, no it wasn't, Tony really is that GOOD! I called and explained my situation. I had a finished graphic, I needed 35 shirts and I needed them as soon as possible. He was so polite and so professional. Tony asked me to email him the graphic and we could look at it right then. I emailed him, he looked at it and he told me that he would get on it right away! He suggested different color shirts, within the range that I gave him , and showed me a proof. It was perfect! Within a week I had my shirts delivered by Tony and they were exactly how I envisioned them. He included care instructions and I learned a little more about the screen printing process. In this day and age it is very difficult to find someone who values customer service and satisfaction. I needed an individual order (custom sweater) for a Christmas gift, and contacted Tony a week before Christmas from Silkscreen Customs. I was so happy and relieved that he accepted my individual order and confirmed this can be done before Christmas Eve. 3 days have passed and I still haven't heard an update on my order. So I emailed Tony, who confirmed that he was dealing with his father's caregiver and just found out that morning that he is unable to do my order as his vendor is closed for the holidays. 2 stars instead of 1 because I do understand family priorities, but it would be nice to get a quick call, text, or email if he was unable to do this request so I could have used the time and not stress out about finding someone else. He said it was going to be tough but was willing to work with me depending on the graphic. SilkScreen was absolutely outstanding and I'm really not surprised to see all great reviews in here! We initially needed 80 shirts for a local event that Google sponsored. I wanted to work with a local vendor and a quick search lead me to SilkScreen. Tony delivered all T-Shirts at a great price and was very flexible with the purchasing process. The first batch of t-shirts were ready weeks ahead of schedule. The design was extremely detailed and complicated and Tony provided advice and was able to deliver amazing quality on every print. Last minute we needed to get a bunch more shirts printed and Tony worked overtime to deliver them on right on time to the event with the same great quality, even though he had just received a big number of other orders. It's really one of the cases when customer service is so good that you get spoiled. Tony was so responsive the entire time and usually responded in minutes and I got so used to it. Tony's design team listened to our ideas, offered some ideas and input of their own and then went to work designing what ultimately turned out to be a mind blowing 100 year anniversary logo for our Kiwanis Community Service. I wish I was able to give 5 stars like the other yelpers but unfortunately, I cannot. I called SilkScreen last week and spoke to Tony, I explained I had ordered shirts from someone and that person was unable to complete the job and I needed to find someone asap as they were shirts needed for my mother in law's funeral the next day. I told Tony I know I am calling at the last hour and if he cant help me no problem i will continue to look around but Tony said no, he would love to help me, he said he had all the materials and shirts and could have it ready that night or first thing the next morning (day of funeral). Tony texted me his email address to send the photo and said he would get started asap. I called, texted and emailed Tony after I emailed the photo and received NO response. I left a voicemail for Tony and received no response. Needless to say the funeral was the next day and it was too late to find someone else. I was heartbroken and texted Tony the next day to tell him how disappointed I was and in the future, if he cannot do a job just let the customer know but not to ignore them after telling them he can do the job. He was unprofessional in doing so and I would be leaving a yelp review letting people know he stood me up. He responded right away to that text and said "thats BS" and that he "never got my email" I responded and said what about my texts and voicemails I left him. He then said he got called away for a family emergency. So which is it, did you not get the email or did have a family emergency? Whatever the reason, you could have told me by text, call or email that you couldn't help me anymore and not let me think you were doing the job. read more

I am a year overdue for this rating but better late than never, right? I had some custom shirts made for my teenage son Christmas of 2014 and Tony gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced. The price was cheaper than other companies I had contacted and the quality of the shirts and silkscreen is very high.
