Not so good experience dealing with Lx Coach. After a few email correspondence with Jordan for price, I called and left a message to him on a Wednesday request a contract. The second day, I sent an email reminder to him and then I called. Jordan picked up the phone. He said he will prepare a contract for me by the end of the day. It was Thursday. Friday morning, I have not received anything. So I sent an email to him and got an auto reply "I am out of the office Friday, December 5th. I will return Monday, December 8th." The following Monday morning I sent an email. This time I got another auto reply "We are currently experiencing a high volume of emails/calls, and a response may take longer than 24 hours." Then I called and left a message. In a few minutes, I received an email from Jordan "Yes, we have your contract request. Please be patient. Thank you!" After 2 days (Wednesday) I still have not heard anything from Jordan. I consider the email very rude. You do not tell your customer to be patient if you told them you would prepare a contract for them a few days ago but actually didn't do it (or probably dd it but just has not sent it to me yet, either way it is unacceptable). The company is BBB accredited and has a A+ rating. But my experience in the past few days tells me otherwise. Therefore I did a thorough research. I found Lx Coach on BusRate.com. There are two 5 star reviews (2012 and 2013). And guess what, I cannot find any review on any other web sites that usually have bus company reviews, except 1 on Yelp that is "not currently recommended." If a company is BBB A+ rated, how come there are no reviews anywhere (except the ones mentioned earlier)? So I want to be the first one who writes negative review on this company. Now I am contacting another bus company to get the service we deserve, instead of "patiently" waiting until who knows when Jordan will send the contract to me. read more
