Best cut I've had! ..... Is an understatement. You gotta check out my dude Jose at the LxLv studio. The Studio has a dope layout, clean and great vibe. Jose hooked it up. He doesn't gotta say much his work definitely speaks for it self he has his own style of cutting and you can feel the passion for his craft. My hair was damaged (from color) and he brought it back to life. I've gone to a few people here in town and no ones gotten close to these results. Not just because he is amazing at cutting hair but he really cares about his clients. To him we are more than just his clients. It says a lot about the kind of person he is. Had an awesome first time experience. Went to go get my cut at LXVE studios. At first it was kinda hard to find so I called and asked for directions. I had my haircut with Drix and dude it was worth getting my cut with him and his whole crew. They are very personable yet professional. He knew exactly what style I like and showed me how much and where he would cut just in case it didnt look right for me. At the very end they gave my a nice clean facial and boxed water. This place was once top notch. I got lucky my first cut was done by Eddie and it was outstanding. I got compliments everywhere I went. I have been going back ever since... on 4/29/17 my appointment with Eddie turned out not to be Eddie instead I got a bullshit story about why Eddie couldn't be available and this unknown butcher not barber jacked up my head. As soon as I left lvxe that day I started looking for my man Eddie I have found him and he fixed me up something nice as always. For the better part of my life, I have witnessed, like most others, haircuts that are mediocre at best and a few that I have fallen asleep to. Jose does not provide a simple haircut and styling... he provides an experience. When you go into the studio, pay attention to the small details he puts his thoughts into your surroundings. They range from the high quality microfibers he utilizes to massage your hair for a drying to the heated rosemary-infused felted fabric that Jose therapeutically caresses on your face. Best part of all "the little things" is Jose never brags about it nor brings it up. When you enjoy the quality materials he uses and express your feelings toward them, only then will Jose explain to you the significance of that item. Ultimately, what makes me keep coming back, even when I moved out of state, is Jose's strong sense of ethics and honesty.
