My salesman didn't really consider any of the color options I wanted but that's probably bc thry didn't have any if the type of shoe I needed, per gait analysis. The analysis was pretty neat. They video your gait and how your feet hit the ground when walking or running. I never would have selected the shoe this analysis suggested, but I am actually very happy with the shoes. They are comfortable and the salesperson convinced me to purchase inserts amd very well worth it. They were a little pricier there and I could have found the shoe for less online but I wanted to shop and support local business bc I also know this company does alot for it's local community in various ways.

With help from Megan, a great sales associate, I selected a new pair of shoes with orthotic arch supports, a great pair of slides to wear around the house and some cute and supportive new socks. Thankfully, in the past few days, I am finally getting better! Definitely a great experience and instead of wasting time and money by blindly shopping on line, I bought everything I needed, left happy and am even happier that my foot is slowly improving. The rack was "back ordered" for 3 weeks we were told. There was zero follow-up, I had to drive to store to speak with Colton, who has made this transaction agonizing. Turns out the rack we paid for in a set was discontinued. They offered the floor model. Floor model was finally delivered, but once weights were placed on rack it looked like it would tip forward-a safety risk.  Colton promised to get back to us the next day. We waited again. More texts once again begging for information. Eventually, he offered another option we said fine. Despite our efforts to communicate, we still don't know where, when or if this new rack will show -up.  We are going on 3 months now, no apology, zero offer to make it right, tons of excuses, no follow-up. We decided to give one last try to get information this week.  Text ignored again.  We will be contacting our bank. The Incomplete set shouldn't be sold to begin with but once that happened the company should  make it right, at minimum respond to questions. We have all the documentation.  So much time and frustration for something that should have been easily rectified. RUN from PUSH PEDAL PULL.

We kept asking if they had a certain size in different shoes and it seemed to be putting them out to scan the shoe to see if the size was in stock. At one point, the tallest and laziest of the lot, told us we probably should just go to another store. It was absolutely disgusting how lazy and unconcerned they were and I won't be back.
