I didn't know how to start it but the worker there showed me and started it. The next day at home I couldn't get it to start. So I went back and they gave me more pointers and started it and had me try. They do chain sharping. They have looked over it when I was afraid to use it because it got stuck and I was nervous to tighten the chain myself and was worried I bent the part the chain is on. They also give a military discount! They have great value on many products. I always check ace first when I need a new thing now. The staff is always awesome at answering my questions and I never felt judged for being new at some of this stuff. Thanks to them "and YouTube videos" I felt comfortable to not only cut down my first try but I did over 50 last winter. This winter I plan to do even more! Chain sharping is like $9-$10. I mean I really cannot say enough. I hope Ace continues to be successful and Id love to promote them anyway possible.

Instead, I got attitude, excuses, and a dismissive rep who told me their own monitor might be wrong and his truck is right because it's inspected by the county once a year. So apparently, their technology is unreliable and customers are just supposed to accept whatever number they're billed for -- no transparency, no accountability, no respect. This company's customer service is unprofessional and arrogant. I'll be filing a formal dispute with my bank and reporting them to the BBB. If you value honesty, accuracy, and respectful communication, avoid Duncan Oil.

Apologies don't keep my family warm. I requested delivery online and called the 1-800 number over the weekend to get my delivery scheduled. Called again today, three days later, to find out that I'm not even on the route for delivery. No real explanation as to why. Just more apologies. So if you have another choice in propane I would go with that. The delivery drivers are nice and helpful, so the one star is for them. It would be a zero if I could.

I called and they came out the next morning to do a leak test and then returned a couple of days later and added propane to our tank. We signed up an account and will be using them for our propane service. It was a simple process and everyone we've dealt with has been friendly.
